Beaucoup de mises à jour- Home away from home- Location de vacances 304 - (Silver Rated) est un condo au troisiÚme étage. Salon et salle à manger, cuisine mise à jour et entiÚrement équipée, deux chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. Lumineux et spacieux, il possÚde un grand balcon privé donnant sur la plage, donnant sur le golfe. Télévision couleur par cùble dans le salon et les deux chambres. AccÚs Internet sans fil gratuit. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer. Laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo.

We love staying here & the area! However, I do wish the listing would have specified no pool, prior to booking. That was definitely missed this year! We will be back next year for another stay with you.

Emerald Isle Stay

Our condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher as it wasn't listed on the VRBO site. Loved the view from our balcony,sunsets, dolphins and waves!!

Fantastic condo on the beach

There were 20 of us at a family reunion and altogether we rented 5 separate condos in this building. The building is nice and quiet with only 24 units total so the pool area was never crowded. What we especially loved about this unit was the fact it has its own washer and dryer = a huge plus. Very well stocked and equipped with a super comfortable master bed. Highly recommend this - we will be back next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gate keys did not work, and the only way to get into one of the bedrooms was through the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a relatively nice unit. I can't recommend this unit, unless the above issues were addressed.

Perfect for our stay

Great place, clean, accurate listing, well / updated furnished. Pool & beach were great too! Can’t beat the location. Only suggestion would be to have the complex update all the gates to codes instead of keys and provide beach towels.

condo 304

property was clean and nicely furnished. location was good, with restaurants right across the street and within walking distance north and south. thermostat was a bit touchy, but otherwise would stay here again. only wish i didnt forget to pack about 6 shirts when we left, they seem to haave disappeared .

The beds & pillows are cozy after a day of sun & beach. The kitchen has everything could need. The living space is comfy with good seating. The balcony has easy seating for four with spectacular viewing for sunset. The management team and support staff are very kind and welcoming. Wish I could go more often!

Good vacation

Place wasn’t as clean as I thought. Mold on shower curtain. Old food on counter. TV went out once. Lost power on last night. Washer had musty smell. Property had all the amenities. Was a great week overlooking the issues. I would go back but maybe not that condo.

Amazing sunsets

A nice and clean condo in a great location on the gulf Kitchen was equipped enough to prepare the basic meals. The washer and drier ware very convenient to use in the unit. The rooms are specious , the only thing that was inconvenient was the second bedroom beds lay out that blocked the door from closing We enjoyed the easy access to the beach , calm blue waters and amazing sunsets each day. Priceless Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year in this particular unit in the condo complex. We love the condo complex! It is located on a quieter end of the beach, and that is such a plus for us! We have one family member who has trouble walking long distances, and this part of the beach is not far from the condo. The pool is well-maintained, and both the unit and the complex are clean. We did rate the quality of the furniture a bit lower this year. The master bed is not the most comfortable. There are now two new full-size beds in the extra bedroom, but because they take up most of the space, the door to the bedroom does not close. Finally, we had family members renting other units, and the decor is more current and lower rental fees than this unit is.

Beautiful views, right on the beach

First year in North Redington, beautiful beach. Clean, as pictured, nicely decorated, has everything you need to cook, nice decor/updated, bonus: has washer & dryer, (not all units in this complex do)Pool was nice, beach is steps away. Easy check in and out. The only thing I would add is beach towels. When you fly there, hard to pack towels. Would definitely stay here again

beautiful view with sugar soft sandy beach.

Very pleased with the location, view, and furnishings. Nice small quiet building. The condo could us more attention to cleanliness of the master shower. Management company was immediately responsive to our concerns with washer. Housekeeping was working on it within an hour! But the permeating mold odor from the washer was not resolved during out stay. Each day we ran washer load after load with hot water & bleach to rid the bedroom of odor. This made it possible to use the 2nd bedroom.
