The Space:

As your day winds down and you need a moment to yourself, head up to the loft, where high vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light from the large window create a serene and inviting space to relax with a good book. When you’re ready, head back downstairs to get the fireplace going and cozy up with everyone in the living room filled with plush couches and armchairs for a sweet movie night at home.



On days away from the lake, make sure you plan out plenty of time to explore broader Branson. Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen-size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a TV.



This home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-in unit. No stair steps are required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in all, with space for 2 small cars in the garage and 1 additional vehicle in the unit's driveway. Parking passes are required and will be given by the guard at the gate.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located above the back door of the garage and actively monitoring the front door of the unit.

• High chair, Pack 'n Play, and family games are provided.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
