Everything, starting from the begining, the apartment is on a walk up building, which doesn't say on the listing and should, I went with my 76 years old mom and we had to carry everything up on. very norrow, dirty and stip stairs, when we got to the apartment only had 1 full bed, no table or chairs, the loft had no sofa or TV, when I wrote to the host, the answer was they had an inconvenience and had to remove some furniture, but we could still fit there (we were 3 people), yes if we liked sleeping on a kitchen counter or in the tub. Also there were two huge cockroaches.The lady called me to see if I left the apartment neat if I undid the bed, I told her we sat on the bed to book a hotel and talk to VRBO to get a refund because there was nowhere else to sit, she got super upset that I didn't stretch the cover, I calmly responded, sorry everything on the apartment was missing, so I had to sit in the bed, and sorry too that I did not remove the two rouches that were there too, her answer "you drama bi..ch" I honestly think her plan was to rent it again without coming to check it out. Thanks god VRBO returned our money and we moved to a hotel
