This beautifully modernized home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary elegance. Nestled in the heart of Crosslake, this retreat is just steps from private lake access on Little Pine Lake—a gateway to the Whitefish Chain of Lakes. Whether you're here for a serene getaway, an adventurous lake experience, or a cozy retreat, this home provides everything you need for a memorable stay.
From the moment you step inside, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept layout flooded with natural light, featuring shiplap walls, designer finishes, and high-end furnishings. Thoughtfully curated decor creates a peaceful, inviting atmosphere, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
Primary Bedroom: A serene retreat with a plush king-sized bed, high-end linens, and calming neutral tones.
Second Bedroom: Features two twin beds with charming woodland-inspired decor—perfect for kids or additional guests.
Lower Level: As of May 15th 2025 we’ll have the basement finished where there will be 2 more bedrooms (both with queen size beds) as well.
Additional: High quality air mattresses provided by request. Sleeper sofa will also be in the lower level.

1. Quiet Hours – The use and enjoyment for all property owners is important to us. Please respect your neighbors, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM.
2. Parking information – We all need to do our part to not impede emergency responder’s duties. Parking cannot restrict access by emergency vehicles or the traveling public, and cannot encroach neighboring properties.
3. Garbage – Help keep our area beautiful for all to enjoy. Garbage, refuse, or recycling must be stored completely enclosed within designated refuse containers.
4. Septic – Please help us protect our environment. If you observe raw septage leaking or seeping out of the ground let us know immediately
5. Protect our Lakes – Help us keep our lakes clean and free of Aquatic Invasive Species. Please review all AIS material provided prior to launching any watercraft.
We want you to enjoy your stay here in Crosslake. Please be aware that these are the most common complaints to which our law enforcement agencies must respond. Following these simple courtesies will make your visit more enjoyable for everyone.
If any guest violates the house rules by causing disturbances to neighbors, damages to the property including personal items and fixtures, the entire security deposit shall be forfeited.
No pets allowed. All guests are required to complete a booking confirmation form and sign a rental agreement upon placing the reservation. Notwithstanding any conflicting terms or policies stated herein or elsewhere, including Vrbo rules or policies, all bookings are contingent upon the execution of a separate rental agreement. This rental agreement shall take precedence over and supersede any conflicting rules or policies.
Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in.
