Perfect location for visiting Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. There are literally Petroglyphs at the end of the block. Gorgeous views from the hot tub as well.

Everything was perfect! There was great availability of all items, including kitchen, bathroom and linens. The only thing is that the hot tub was too hot to enjoy (108F) and we were unable to successfully adjust the temperature. Thank you for a great experience!

The rental is perfect for a visit to Moab. We are a family of 6 adults and loved staying here. Comfortable beds, very clean, and visually pleasing. We enjoyed star gazing on the second floor balcony. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and supplies.

The perfect base camp!

We had a wonderful stay here in mid-April. The location was beautiful, quiet, and convenient to town. We really appreciated using the hot tub every night after hard days of hiking and exploring. The level 2, 220v vehicle charger (with a J1772 connection) worked perfectly to charge our Rivian R1S overnight. You cannot pull into the garage, but the charging outlet is at the front left corner of it, so the cord was able to reach going under the garage door. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the door lock. Overall, a great stay-- would rent here again.

We were incredibly impressed with this house. It was gorgeous I feel like the host made sure that we were comfortable and everything was taken care of before we got there, so it was easy to get in. I will definitely be staying here again

Moab home

House was clean. Parking was good. Management was quick to bring over a missing coffee grinder. Hot tub cover was super heavy but the tub was nice.

Everything you for a perfect stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down to meet Family, which was staying at the KOA camp, which was less than five minutes away from this location. We invited them to come over for a barbecue on a couple different occasions over the weekend because this house was so comfortable and welcoming. We used the barbecue on the patio with ease. Everything was there that we needed. It turned on exactly how it’s supposed to and the hot tub was nice and clean and cozy for the kids. All the rooms have different TVs. Everything worked in the home and everybody was able to enjoy their time at endless amounts of time. The kitchen was fully equipped with all different kitchenware and utensils, and sometimes even some spices.

Side by side riders !!!

Trailer must be parked in road with the side by side in the road as well or you will get a lovely letter from the HOA telling you that you got to move it plus is steel Bender trail is right up the road from you. But quiet and peaceful but again we were trying to adjust some mods in the driveway because we went riding and was informed, we had to do that on the road.

Moab Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at this property and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We didn't get a check-in code prior to arriving, but were able to call and resolve that within a few minutes of arrival. The property was modern and offered a nice kitchen and grill. The hot tub was less than ideal - it had low water and the people that used it developed a bit of a skin irritation/rash, so that could be improved upon in our opinion. Otherwise, it's a great base for exploring the greater Moab area.
