Our neighborhood is diverse, urban, and working class — not a high-end tourist area. Please book with the right expectations!

To help us maintain great service and quality, we kindly ask you to take care of everything we provide. Here are a few house rules to keep in mind:

1. Energy-Saving Tip: To keep our costs low, please keep the door closed when the A/C is on. We also encourage you to close windows, turn off lights, and switch off the A/C when you leave.
2. Towel Care: Please avoid using makeup on the white towels — there’s a $10 charge for each stained towel.
3. No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there’s any smoking evidence, including odor, a $300 fee will apply for smoke cleanup. This includes cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana of any kind.
4. Outages: If there’s a city power or water outage, we’ll refund the nights you don’t use. If you decide to stay, no discounts will be given. For internet or A/C issues, we’ll fix them ASAP, but no refunds will be offered. If you choose to leave, we’ll refund the unused nights.
5. Late Check-Out: Unplanned late check-outs impact our schedule. If you stay beyond the original check-out time, a fee equal to one night’s stay will apply. We appreciate your understanding!
