Location is perfect, cheap Uber ride from there to everywhere you need to get to. Beautiful room with full kitchen and dining.

Fun little location

It was a cute place. The general layout was actually very nice and updated. The bedroom offers complete darkness for optimal rest after having a great night out. It was perfect. The location is walking distance from great authentic eateries.

This moderately sized apartment was just what I was looking for. It is located in a lovely neighborhood, very close to excellent dining options. It is centrally located. Brenda is a good host, who has provided well. Thanks so much.

Great spot!

This is a good spot if you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and peaceful place to spend a vacation or some time away. The apartment was decorated nicely and had everything you might need for a stay to make you feel at home. The apartment was very clean. A washer and dryer is on site and the apartment is in a good location. Not far from the airport and San Juan. Also lots of great places to eat around here. This was my boyfriend and I’s second stay in this building and we definitely enjoyed our time here. Brenda is a great host!

Very clean, safe as it had a locked gate, I saw lots of lizards so if you are afraid of them, you might want to be cautious. Its just tgat time of year for them. The stay was great! Quiet area however Viejo San Juan is about 30 mins away and Uber can be expensive. Isla Verde Beach is about 10 mins and beautiful. San Juan Airport is about 15 mins away.

overall the stay and property were great. There should be a little better way to locate the unit. better unit #. Safe area ,clean fresh unit, washer dryer available. Outside patio area needs a little TLC but good for outside smoking. pricing was great for a one bedroom unit.

Great Stay

Ms. Brenda's place was exactly as mentioned. She was very responsive when I had questions and gave recommendations on where to eat when we arrived a little later than expected. Her home is away from the strip if you prefer to be in a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe and it was very well lit. The home met all of my needs. It is approximately 10 minutes from the Isla Verde Beach and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. We did not rent a car as Uber was fine. There is a nice taco restaurant and bakery within walking distance of the home that served amazing food. When I return in July I will definitely stay at Brenda's again.

It was lovely

This was a great stay for a solo traveler and woman too. The neighborhood was safe and I really enjoyed how cozy and peaceful the apartment was. I think this was in a good area of Carolina. Its super close to the airport and pretty close to other places as well. It would've been nice if there was some bottled water in the fridge or some laundry detergent in the room with the washer and dryer. I wish could've used it but I don't think it would've made sense to buy laundry soap for just staying there for three days. I never met her but the host was pretty nice. Overall, I'm happy with my stay for this trip.

Third times a charm

This is our 3rd time to this location.We have come here for the last 3 years, But this time there were a few concerns. The outside sitting area needed some maintenance work, but we contacted Brenda and she took care of it right away. There was hot and cold water in the bathroom which I loved. The product dispenser hanging in the shower can go. It doesn’t look good.Kitchen was well supplied and the unit had plenty of space for me and my husband. The Bed was also pleasing nice. firm bed is importan. The black cloth futon needs to be replaced. It has been there while over 3years. it has a bad odder that smells in the room. The power went out on us 2times.. 6 hrs and then another day for 2 hours. Overall we love the location and the unit.
