The space
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire main level of this beautifully renovated home. A separate, self-contained suite is located on the lower level with its own private entrance and is completely locked off from your space. Thoughtfully furnished for both short and extended stays, the home offers everything you need to relax, work, and feel at home.

Living area
A comfortable sofa, a 55-inch Smart TV with streaming, and a dedicated desk and chair make it easy to relax or work from home, backed by high-speed Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
A full kitchen with an electric range, dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Properly stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, and everyday essentials, including cooking oil, salt, and pepper. The breakfast bar seats three.

Dining
A dining table comfortably seats four for meals, games, or catching up after a day out.

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests: a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a double bed in each of the other two. All feature premium mattresses and quality bedding for a comfortable night`s sleep.

Bathroom
A full bathroom with a shower, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and shampoo and body wash to start your stay.

Outside
A large shared backyard with space to relax outdoors.

Laundry
An in-suite washer and dryer are available for your use, along with detergent, an iron, central heating and air conditioning, and free on-site parking.

Set on a quiet residential street in Mississauga, the home is close to grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, parks, and everyday conveniences. Toronto Pearson Airport and downtown Toronto are about 20 minutes away, while the lakefront is just 10 minutes away. Major highways are nearby, making it easy to explore Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area.

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the entire main level of the home. The lower level is a separate, self-contained suite with its own private entrance and is securely locked off from your space.

The driveway and backyard are shared. One driveway parking space is included, with additional free street parking available where permitted.

Other things to note

Check-in is keyless and easy. Your unique access code and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.

Exterior security cameras monitor the property`s entrances only. There are no cameras inside the home. Indoor and outdoor noise monitoring devices measure sound levels only and do not record conversations or audio.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay using toxic-free cleaning products. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and other starter essentials are provided to help you settle in.

A supplemental Mid-Term Guest Accommodation Agreement applies. It contains material house rules, occupancy restrictions, and responsibility for documented damage and extraordinary cleaning. Please review it before booking.
- This is a quiet, residential street. The lower level of the home is a separate suite with its own private entrance, and the driveway and backyard are shared. Please be considerate of the neighbours and of anyone using the lower entrance, especially during quiet hours.
- No smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere on the property, inside or out. No pets.
- No unregistered guests or visitors without our approval first. Maximum 6 guests at any time.
- Please leave shoes at the door, and keep food to the kitchen and dining area.
