You’ll feel right at home in our bright and comfortable Austin home. It’s a stone’s throw from downtown, Congress Ave, and the artsy east side. Stroll and bike the town lake trail (less than a mile away).

There’s a main room with a living room and a chef's kitchen. The dining room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and filled with plants all around the wooden table. The kitchen has a high-end stainless steel stove, and a dishwasher and is packed with all the utensils and gear you could want. The owner is an avid cook so there are plenty of gadgets and appliances to make good use of. There’s a utility room with a pantry and washer/dryer unit.

There are two bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Plenty of closet space and hangers.

The backyard outdoor space has a wood deck and plenty of chairs for lounging and stargazing. There is also a Kamado Joe ceramic egg-shaped grill for you to use.
