The home features 2 spacious bedrooms â a luxurious king-size bed and a comfy queen-size bed â ideal for families or small groups. The full kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances, including a stove, fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a cozy dining area for your meals. The unit also includes in-unit laundry for your convenience.

Enjoy a comfy living area with Smart TV, updated bathroom with tub, washer/dryer and remodeled kitchen and eating nook with high-speed Wifi throughout. And look no further for great coffee - our kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with pods so you have a great way to start your day!
We can sleep up to 6 in 2 private bedrooms plus pull-out queen sofa in living room. First bedroom has new King size bed; second bedroom features new Queen size bed. Main Living Room also offers desk area with power strip so you can work from home with ease.
Personal products are provided for your use, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand-soap. We also provide a hair dryer, iron + ironing board, and kitchen stocked with flatware and all the dishes you'll need.
Our backyard deck has been recently rebuilt so it's a wonderful spot to start your day or unwind at night. Access to the deck is available from the second bedroom or an exterior gate at the end of our driveway.
NOTE: This is a private, secure, self-contained rental on the main level of a home. There is a separate apartment on the lower level of the property that we are currently remodeling so no other guests will be onsite; however, we ask that all guests observe quiet hours 10pm-7am out of respect for our neighbors.
