â Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. You'll receive a unique front door code 2 days before your arrival, allowing secure and easy entry at any time, day or night.
â Digital House Manual: To make your stay as seamless as possible, you will receive a digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations.
â Management: Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties. We are committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any requests or questions. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app, by phone, or email. We're dedicated to making your getaway perfect! For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.
â Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That's why we've made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack 'n play with crib sheets, a high chair as well as children's cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There are also board games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!
â Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay (maximum 2 dogs, each up to 50 lbs). A pet fee is applied to cover standard cleaning of pet hair. Please note: pets are not allowed on beds, and if pet hair is found on bedding, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, a $200 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.

âą Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
âą Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 2
âą Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not permitted. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighborsâ homes or driveways.
âą Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
