☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. ‱ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
‱ Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.

This property was amazing and fully equipped for our every need. It was perfect in every way; private, convenient, clean, comfortable; with many extras in the kitchen and bath. With the convenient location right on the beach, our trip was extra special. Our host was easily accessible with a question we had regarding booking. The property was pet friendly but showed no signs of being occupied by pets as it was spotless when we arrived. We will plan to rent here again when we visit in the future.

We have stayed at dozens of properties, hotels, etc and this was a memorable visit and our favorite place. The hosts/property mgmt provides proactive communication and seamless process before, during, and after your visit. We loved how well equipped the kitchen is, everything high quality. The pictures of the house/view actually understate how phenomenal the view and peacefulness of the property are. You can hear the ocean from both balconies and really feel secluded. The location steps away from the beach cannot be beat.The hosts put a lot of care into all details and the experience for the guests. With two kids under 3, it was so easy to travel/pack knowing the house was already equipped for little ones. The house was exceptionally clean. The decor and surf vibes make the stay more of an experience compared to other beach properties I’ve stayed in.
