This 6-bedroom house in Osage Beach is perfect for your escape. With 3 king beds, 1 full bed, 1 futon, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for all guests. Need more space? We have air mattresses as well if you want to use the office as a bedroom. The 4 bathrooms offer showers, bathtubs, and hair dryers for your convenience. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this enchanting property, complete with WiFi, iron, heating, AC, and a washing machine. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The perfectly located home boasts nearly 6,000 square fee, amazing main channel views, huge decks, swimspa (not pictured, brand new hot tub), pool table, theater room, office, large dock and more! With 5 main bedrooms (3 of which have a small loft with another single bed and/or lounger), a 6th bedroom off the main - loft over looking main level. Located a short drive or boat ride to several great bars! 25 ft Bennington Tri-toon boats are available to rent for $700-$850/day

Tons of room on the deck and inside for entertaining. Both levels of the home have large open living rooms and the lower level includes a private bar, pool table, outdoor tvs and an office space. The dock has a 12 x 36 slip available for use (our boat is kept in the 2nd slip). Free Wifi, Spectrum television and smart tv's included. Both kitchens come fully stocked with plenty of dishes to entertain the whole group. Oversize two car garage with room for another three cars in the driveway.

This house sleeps 16-18 guests. 9 beds with an air mattress for the additional guests.

You understand that swimming, navigating the property and the use of kayaks, dock, or any other lake/shoreline related activity is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with not only the water but the surrounding land and objects. You accept full responsibility of any bodily injury arising from such and hold owners and/or property managers harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person that has health ricks, or if a person does such activities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility of yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owners and/or property managers for accidents or claims arising from such activities. All Vrbo Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Vrbo guests and Vrbo Host/Property Manager.
