The Space:

Vicaty’s Casita is a 2-bedroom condo in Misiones del Cabo. The perfect spot to relax and soak up the beauty of Cabo, this is it. The views from the private balcony with jacuzzi are absolutely breathtaking. You’ll have an unobstructed view of the iconic Arch, and sunsets here are pure magic.

This condo was recently renovated, originally two separate units, they’ve been combined into one large condo featuring:



*Two Spacious Bedrooms: Both bedrooms boast king-sized beds with pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage.

*Modern Bathrooms: Each bathroom is equipped with double vanities, walk-in showers, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

*Open Living Area: Relax in the airy living room with a 50” 4K TV (Netflix available with your credentials for streaming apps), a cozy sleeper sofa, a ceiling fan.

*High-speed Wi-Fi.

*Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in the modern kitchen, complete with a water purification system and dining area.

Beach access is just a few steps away, allowing you to enjoy the semi-private beaches. One side has a beach access gate which is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, and a shower is available to rinse off before returning to the condo.

Beachside Oasis has a great location locates at las Misiones gated community, offers 24/7 security, ensuring a safe and worry-free environment for our guests. Situated at the easternmost point of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), just under two miles from downtown Cabo, its convenient location, provides easy access to Cabo San Lucas downtown and Marina, offering a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle. This proximity allows you to enjoy all that Cabo has to offer while remaining comfortably removed from street vendors and crowds. The beach is semi private, and easy to access.



Other Things to Note:

Animals: No pets are allowed for guests or visitors. Feeding wildlife (cats, birds, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Leaving food for any animals outside of condos is not allowed.



Secure parking is available for a small fee ($3.50 USD) or you can opt for free parking on the road. The community ensures your safety and peace of mind with 24/7 security.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines

From the moment you make a reservation our concierge team will reach out to help you coordinate transportation services, activities, groceries stocking or any other service you might need during your stay. On your check in date we will provide you a code and our Property Manager will provide all the information about the property.
