Step outside to a generous wraparound deck, perfect for grilling and enjoying festive gatherings. Recent upgrades include a charming backyard patio with a fire pit, a seasonally heated in-ground pool, and a game room with ping-pong and classic board games. The home boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows that fill the space with natural light, complemented by air-conditioning units for added comfort. Ideally located, this home is just a short drive from popular beaches, ferry access, and the vibrant Mashpee Commons.
