THE KITCHEN, DINING AND FAMILY ROOM ARE AN OPEN-CONCEPT SPACE.
KITCHEN – The Fully Equipped Kitchen includes a Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Freezer and Ice Maker. The Kitchen is Furnished with a; Toaster, Crock Pot, Keurig Coffee Maker, Regular Coffee Maker, Air Frier, Gridle, Cooking and Eating Utensils, Dinner Ware, Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System at Sink.

PORCH and DECK – The family room seamlessly opens onto a spacious porch with breathtaking views of the lake. It’s the perfect place to unwind, with four rocking chairs, a swing, and a sectional for lounging. Enjoy the serenity as you watch the sunset, birdwatch, or observe fish jumping in the water. This tranquil space is ideal for a leisurely lunch or simply letting the day drift by while you rock away your cares.
Just off the porch, you’ll find a gas grill area, perfect for barbecuing or cooking your favorite dishes, and the ideal spot to fry any freshly caught fish. Beyond the deck, a dock extends over the lake, offering excellent fishing opportunities where you can catch catfish, brim, or bass. Whether you’re fishing or simply taking in the views, this lakefront retreat provides the ultimate spot for relaxation.
GUEST BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE - Located off the carport and in front of the house, this guest bedroom offers guests a peaceful and private retreat. With no direct access to the rest of the house, it's perfect for those seeking extra privacy or those who enjoy sleeping in. The room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, a small couch, ceiling fan and a 40” smart TV for entertainment. A convenient half bath is located adjacent to the room for ease and comfort. Ideal for guests who value their own space and privacy.

Crows Corner - 6 Minutes 4.2 miles. Crow’s is a super convenient store and cafe located on the corner of Highway 20 and 267 North. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, serving delicious burgers, famous wings, and other mouthwatering bites
Tallahassee Int’l Airport – 28 Minutes 20.9 miles.
Walmart – 26 Minutes 19 miles.
Boat Launch at Blount Landing – 5 Minutes .4 Miles
Country Boys Seafood Restaurant – 14 Minutes 11.2 Miles. Mostly Fried Seafood. Nothing fancy but good food.
Horse Back Riding – Crazy Eight Ranch. 13 Minutes 8.3 miles.
Goat House Farm – 9 Minutes 4.5 Miles. Great for young children, pet and feed the goats.

Amenities for Your Use While There – We only stock minimal amenities for you to use, one roll of toilet paper per bath, one roll paper towels, napkins, small dish soap, salt and pepper, some spices are available. Bring back up paper items.
Fishing Rods and Poles are set up and available for your use. No extra tackle, so we suggest you bring your own tackle.
Great foo’s ball table in family room.
Retro gaming table in the kids’ room that has all the old games like Pac Man and Space Invaders and dozens more.

House Rules & Guidelines - These rules are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
1. No Pets Allowed
Absolutely no pets are permitted on the property.
2. Check-In/Check-Out Time
o Check-in time: 4:00 PM
o Check-out time: 10:00 AM
3. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere in the house, including the
upstairs porch. This applies to electronic smoking devices as well. A $500 fine
will be imposed if smoking occurs inside the house. If any smoke odor is
detected, the entire house will need to be professionally cleaned.
4. Septic Tank Use
Please refrain from flushing feminine hygiene products down the toilet.
5. Fireplace Use
The fireplace is only available for use during the winter months.
6. Fishing
Enjoy fishing from the dock! We have left fishing poles along with a couple rod
and reels for your use, but no tackle. Common fish caught in the area include
brim, bass, crappie, and catfish.
7. Boats
You are welcome to bring your own boat. However, please note that our
personal boats are stored in the boat house and are not available for guest use.
There is a fish cleaning table in the boat house for your convenience.
8. Boat Docking
There are two docking locations available for your boat: one on the main dock
and the other at the boat house next to the pontoon boat. Cleats are provided
at both locations. The nearest boat launch is Blount’s Landing, located 0.4 miles
away.
9. Boat Trailer Parking
Boat trailers may be parked on either side of the driveway. Please avoid parking
them next to the “No Parking” area.
10. Stair Safety
The steps on stairs in the house are narrow. Please use caution while using
them, and do not allow children to play on the stairs.
11. Electronic Lock
The side entrance (located on the left side of the house) and carport bedroom
door have an electronic lock. They both use the same code. You will receive
your access code prior to arrival.
12. Mosquitos
During warmer months, mosquitos and midges gather on the back door after
sunset, so please use the kitchen door (side door) during the evening hours,
this will help keep them from getting in the house.
13. Gas Grill
The gas grill on the back porch is available for your use. Please make sure to
turn off the gas after each use.
14. Parking
A maximum of four vehicles are allowed. Please do not park in the area labeled
“No Parking”.
15. Bicycles and Kayaks
We have two bicycles and two kayaks available for you to enjoy during your
stay.
AT CHECKOUT – Please take out trash, start dishwasher and start a load of towels in washing machine.
