IMPORTANT SOLTERRA RESORT AMENITY UPDATE:
Solterra Resort has announced scheduled renovations to its clubhouse aquatic and bar areas. The resort lazy river is expected to close beginning September 8, 2026. Renovations to the resort pool and hot tub are scheduled to begin September 22, 2026. The new bar installation will also take place during this period.
The resort currently anticipates reopening these amenities around December 14, 2026; however, this date is approximate and may change depending on construction progress, inspections, and final approvals.

During the renovation period, the clubhouse will remain open, and guests can continue to enjoy Café Sol, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services, and other available activities. These closures apply only to the shared Solterra Resort amenities and do not affect the home's private swimming pool.

These renovations and amenity closures are managed by Solterra Resort and are outside the homeowner's and property manager's control. Guests booking stays during the affected dates should do so with the understanding that the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar may be unavailable.

Perfect for families, this home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a superb holiday. We especially loved the coffee bar, and the resort amenities were fantastic.
