Best Villa we ever stayed in!

The villa was fantastic and is one of the best villas we've ever stayed in. The facilities were great, it was lovely and clean, and the pool area was spot-on. We had no issues to report during our stay. We loved the location of the villa, there was a little bit of noise from the road behind, but we didn't mind that. The villa was even better in person than the pictures suggested. We would 100% love to stay here again – 5-stars.

Extremely clean

I have nothing but good things to say about White Rose Villa! The place was extremely clean, I mean spotless. The decor is beautiful. Kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances. Everything you need is in the kitchen, trust me. I chose this location for privacy, especially the pool and it did not disappoint. Neighborhood is quiet and if you want to go out to eat, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. This place feels like it's a hidden gem. My family and I will definitely be booking again when visiting Florida.

The House Was Amazing

The house was amazing. Really well laid out and great space. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay The outside area was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Lots of choice of restaurants near by and great location for shopping. The host was extremely responsive any time we had a query. My family and I just spent 6 nights at this house. It was such a pleasent experience for all. The only thing that I found troubling was the lack of grab bars in the giant showers and the lack of handrails to allow for easy enterance to pool and hot tub. Othrwise the house could not have been more perfect, well stocked and they even started us with a few staples so we would not have to shop immediately. Thanks again for a great vacation... would book again if I needed to .

Fantastic Family Stay Near ChampionsGate

We're a family from the UK and had an absolutely brilliant stay. The sunny pool deck was ideal for the kids (and us!) to enjoy throughout the day, and the modern interior made the whole villa feel stylish, comfortable, and very much a home away from home. The location was spot on — close to ChampionsGate, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, which made everything really convenient. A huge thank-you to the management team, who were fantastic from start to finish. Martha in particular looked after us wonderfully and made sure we had everything we needed. We'd happily recommend this place to other families and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Villa with Sunny Pool & Spa

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! The pool and spa were the highlights of our trip — we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Inside, the home is beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming feel and everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location was excellent — just a short drive to Publix and Walmart for groceries, and plenty of dining options nearby, including Chili's, Olive Garden, and Millers Ale House at ChampionsGate. We also loved how easy it was to reach Disney, Universal, and all shopping malls. This was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience — we can't wait to come back!

Well managed properties

When arriving at the villa driving into the estate your first impressions are sceptical due to some others privately owned villas in need of repair but once we opened the door to this villa it proved not to judge a book by its cover. The villa was spotless, and kept modern and maintained to a high standard. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We had a minor issue but after contacting the management they had someone come fix it promptly. Having normally stayed on gated communities with strict rules we did worry about this not being a gated community but after this experience it's made us not have doubts again. We won't hesitate to use white rose villas again and encourage others to use them and any owners looking for a good management company to hire out there's to look no further then them.

Good size and location

The home was as described and a short drive from Disney. The home could have been cleaner, needs a thorough cleaning baseboards, carpets, etc. The single pane windows allowed for lots of noise from all of the emergency vehicles sirens that resulted in lots of disturbed sleep. It was our first trip to Florida and the amount of roaches was shocking. It seemed like every time you opened a cupboard there was another one. Having owned a home in Arizona we had monthly exterminator treatment and had no issues. Based on observing store bought bug treatment being used I would recommend using a exterminator company for the comfort of future guests. We found and killed them upstairs and downstairs, it was not a pleasant experience to deal with.

Sometimes the homes need an additional top up, and we encourage guests to reach out to us, so we can arrange a visit. We also include the number in the welcome book, so guests have a direct number to the team. We want all our guests to have a magical stay and encourage them to reach out to us if any assistance is needed. The pest prevention team inspected the home for a week after your departure and there were no signs of roaches.

The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY

As this appears to be the first review for this property, I wanted to be as thorough as possible. Apologies for the lengthy summary.THE GOOD: The house is absolutely huge. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a whole village. The pool table and air hockey were used daily when we weren't in the pool. The backyard was stunning and I think by day 3 we finally negotiated the pool alarm without any piercing noises! The whole house was immaculate and super cozy for this size.THE BAD: The house is in more of a residential neighborhood as opposed to Champions Gate. The house backs up to Ronald Regan Parkway. You hear traffic all day and all night. We are from Miami so the nightly barrage of police sirens was unnerving even to us. One of the neighbors said the police activity is pretty standard. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. This wasn't really bad but when the management company stated they cannot legally keep condiments in the pantry/refrigerator they mean it. The sweet neighbor helped us out in a ketchup emergency :) THE UGLY: In the early morning hours on the day of our check-in, I received check-in procedures sent by the management company, ELLIS EXCLUSIVE VILLAS. Much to my surprise, they had us checking in to a completely different property. I immediately responded to the email with the correction. So...8AM, no response from EEV. 9AM, no response from EEV. 10AM, well, you get the idea. I tried contact via email, phone to

Great relaxing location

Accommodations are excellent , great place for family vacations. The home offers a spacious layout with plenty to do inside on those rainy Florida afternoon shower days when you cannot be at the parks, for the reader, curl up with one of the many books available in the living room, play pool on the full size pool table up stairs, family nite with the wee game system or challenge family members to air hockey, froze ball or darts in the game room or you can just do family movie nite in the family room…when you need a break from the parks enjoy the pool and spa, there is something for everyone. Second time staying at this home and we have loved being able to choose to do the parks but yet return to somewhere that felt like home not a hotel room.
