Location was unbeatable

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at White Rose Villa's place in Davenport! The location was unbeatable—we were close enough to hit Disney World and Universal Studios in no time, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We loved being minutes from Posner Park for shopping and grab-and-go meals. After a long day at the parks, coming back to such a clean and comfortable home was a dream. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next Florida trip.

Amazing Home – Wish We Had More Time There!

This house was amazing! It was a quiet neighborhood, our kids loved the pool and the movie theater! We did all the major theme parks. The drives werent bad and our only complaint was were gone so often we didnt get to enjoy the house more!

We are looking to book this place again this next month

Overall we had a great experience, I will suggest that a book with a checklist for in and out list. Also we were unaware about the door to the pool alarm until it went off. This can be added to the check list. We also wasn't aware about the refill of toilet paper. Although I was told that someone was in the area to refill the toilet paper but I had already went to purchase it. We really appreciate the quick responsiveness. We are looking to book this place again this next month.

The House was Exactly as Described!

The house was exactly as described! We loved the pool, movie room and the space was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids. It was very clean, no clutter and had all the basics like laundry pods, dish soap and shampoo. Disney and other parks were easily accessible from I-4 and there was also a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We stayed in Jan when it was a bit cooler, so really recommend heating the pool! Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful house to have lived in for a few days with friends & family. The area was lovely and peaceful with very kind neighbours and enjoyable walks to do anytime of the day. Prior to check-in, our hosts were very communicative and answered all our questions promptly. They were very patient with us and, at the time of check-in, they ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and all the amenities were as described. As we did not have a car, it was super convenient to have a Publix within walking distance. We had a little issue with the pool not heating for the first two days and our host got this sorted out immediately to ensure we had the perfect stay. They also demonstrated such goodwill and integrity by refunding us the full amount for heating the pool throughout the week we were residing in their home. I highly recommend staying with them if you truly wish to have a relaxing holiday in Orlando.

Relaxing Getaway – Clean, Spacious & Perfectly Located

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The sunny pool deck was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Florida's warm weather. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The location is fantastic — just a short drive to Disney, and close to Publix, Target, and Posner Park for shopping. There are also great nearby restaurants like Miller's Ale House, Olive Garden, and Red Robin. We'd definitely stay again!

GREAT HOUSE! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the overall layout made it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. One of the highlights was the movie room — super comfortable seating, a big screen, and amazing sound! It felt like having a private theater right at home. We had such a fun time watching movies there in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this home! It was such a treat to stay somewhere with a hot tub — perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine! The movie room was out of this world and gave us such fun family nights in. The kids especially loved the beach-themed bedroom, which made their stay extra special. This home had everything we needed and more — we can't wait to come back

Perfect Family Villa with Thoughtful Extras

This house was exactly what was needed for our vacation. The kids each had their own space and the second master suite was great for our guests. The kitchen cabinets have been recently updated and the new color really brightens up the whole area. I really appreciated the few little things that made the stay a little easier - laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra beach towels, and while it wasnt something we needed personally, the highchair, pack-n-play, and stroller that are on site is very thoughtful for those with littles. I will definitely be staying here again for our next Florida vacation.

Loved the Movie Room and Pool

My family and I had a great time. It had everything we needed and more! The movie room was such a special experience. We watched shows and movies as a family, and it felt like we were in the theaters. We were in the pool for the majority of the stay, which was clean, spacious, and a great area for eating, tanning, and lounging. The house had everything we needed and was clean. So close to restaurants and the Disney Parks. We really enjoyed our experience, and we would book again!

Absolutely Brilliant—A Dreamy, Themed Escape near Disney

We had the best stay! The villa was amazing – the movie room with twinkling star lights and popcorn maker was such a fun touch, and the kids loved the surf-themed bedroom. The pool and hot tub were perfect after busy days, and the beds were really comfortable. The main bedroom was massive and had the biggest bathroom we've ever seen – pure luxury! The location was spot on too – about 20 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal, with Publix and Walmart close by. Lots of great places to eat nearby as well, like Ovation Bistro & Bar and Sundays Grill. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday home – we'd definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Family vacation, 8 of us stayed at the home. Pool was great. GREAT location, easy to find. Walked the neighborhood, private and peaceful. I loved it. The place was very clean, we had some minor issues, the host responded promptly and went over and above to make sure all was good with us. Dropped off a nice stack of snacks, which was thoughtful. Bedrooms were comfortable and private. Loved the theatre, had mario kart parties. Kitchen essentials were just enough. Walmart not too far away, around 5 or 6 miles. Close to the main road. Thanks for such a great stay! Our flight got in early so they let us check in early, which was very appreciated.
