Glenn was an awesome host! The property was so beautiful - big trees, gardens and chickens all great for the kids. He accommodated our family and made us feel welcome. We actually stayed in one of his larger homes and it was perfect for our family visit.
Pleasant surprise pulling into this quiet retreat. Love the history and the future of The Farm at Hyde Park. Glen was super hospitable and accommodating. On our list for places to stay again. Thank you Glen!
The chicken coop was just what we all needed while on our fishing trip. The inside has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable, the WiFi was great to keep the teens connected. The outside area is very relaxing and the covered porch was great as we had a lot of rain during our visit. The host were very responsive and all the extras they do for you is amazing. We look forward to our next stay there.
We stayed at the Chicken coop when we attended a conference at Omega Institute of Holistic Studies as it was conveniently located a short drive from the campus. It was clean and comfortable with AC. All of our meals were supplied at Omega so we did not need to cook however the kitchen is very well stocked. Samples of honey, maple syrup, and dried mizuna were provided along with some farm fresh eggs which was a nice touch. There is a nice firepit but we did not take advantage of this. The host Glen is easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again if we attend another workshop at Omega.
