Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.
Very nice, conveniently located place. The private driveway really came in handy since we rented a car. We had a little hiccup on check-in night, but Giancarlo was super accommodating and we figured it out. Overall, very nice place with the essential amenitiesâ would stay here again!
This place made our girls trip amazing! Itâs small, but if youâre planning on being out of the house most of your trip, itâs a great place to come back to. Thereâs a stove and microwave and fridge and freezer.
Everything was easy to access, There were no problems the house was clean and property was well kept and maintained. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
Easy access to major attractions. Close to the expressway and the airport. Close to good local restaurants and entertainment (La Casita Blanca and la placita de Santurce) free parking. Nice amenities and a clean room. Good communication with the owner. I will return.
It is a cute place, and it seems to have been remodeled fairly recently. It was tidy and pretty clean, and we werenât disturbed by neighbors staying in the Vrbo. The one downside is that the windows are paper thin. One of the review I read prior to coming was that you could hear street noise, and I was fine with that but we encountered people doing construction right outside our window that woke us up in the morning because of how loud you could hear it in the room. But it was a nice place that wasnât a far drive from some of the San Juan sites.
Room what somewhat smaller than fotos made itseem but extremely clean and comfortable. Kind people and friendly assistant Claudia was very accommodating.
Overall had an amazing experience very quiet friendly neighborhood. Everything is close if you have rental or planning to use Uber. Food was amazing, you have so many options in the area. I was able to walk to the beach safely if I wanted, with the distance not being far. I would definitely book again it was the perfect size just for me.
We enjoyed our stay overall. The neighborhood wasnât bad either but we were told by our Uber drivers to only go in and out of the apartment with Uber and not walk around late at night. Its not really walking distance to a lot of places but overall nice apartment. I did find the additional fees a little much. $25 for not throwing out your own garbage or washing your dishes, not a bid deal but just my opinion.
Lots of loud street noises and other guests before 7 am on Saturday.
Nothing in the "efficiency" apartment, not even ice. And there is a sign posted in the kitchen that you must wash your dishes BEFORE you use them.
No coffee.
The pictures posted on the website was exactly how the room was. Beautiful, clean inside and out. It was easy to retrieve the key. The hostess gave us perfect instructions. Definitely a 5 star stay!
The property is well done up and kept up with. When we arrived one of the personnel was there and finishing up but she offered to help bring our bags up. We declined but her hospitality and friendliness left an impression from the get go. Giancarlo guide and instructions made check in and check out a breeze.
The property is centrally situated but not within walking distance, ubering or having a rental is a must. We ubered but if you rent a car there is parking right in front of the property. Most of the ubers we took were between $11-$20 and we traveled to la placita, condado and viejo san juan. If we go back we will definitely stay there again. Thank you for the hospitality.
