The entire house is available for your use. This is a townhome, and has one shared wall. The homes have separate entrances, and the backyard is private and separated by fencing and noise reducing water feature. There is an owner's closet which will remain locked in the back upstairs guestroom.

The Old Town Key West neighborhood of Bahama Village covers a 16-block area bordered by Fort, Louisa, Southard and Whitehead streets. It is the setting for many of the island’s popular trendy restaurants. A decorative arch spanning Petronia Street at its intersection with Duval Street is the symbolic entrance.

The original inhabitants of Bahama Village were immigrants from the Bahamas. Their culture remains vibrant in the neighborhood, which is well-known for its eateries serving up authentic island cuisine. Throughout the year, Bahama Village hosts numerous festivals and events to celebrate its unique culture. The most popular festival is Goombay, an outdoor street party held every October that features Caribbean music and dance performances, as well as traditional foods and drinks.

There is a dedicated parking space and off-street parking available. However, this property is walkable to everything Old Town Key West has to offer.

*Sunset Vacation and Management homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only.

*Cooler Rentals Available

For your convenience, we are happy to offer cooler rentals for the duration of your stay for a flat fee of $50. Available options include large insulated coolers in approximately 70-quart capacity (40” x 18”) and 60-quart capacity (24” x 17”), as well as a rolling insulated cooler for easy transport. We also have a round YETI-style bucket cooler with an approximate 45-quart capacity.

Complimentary drop-off and pick-up service is included, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience during your stay.
