The home comfortably sleeps 12 adults and features 2 large living areas along with 3 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rental is less than a block from the community pool and hot tub that is heated year round. The home is fully stocked with all your needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in beautiful Southern Utah.
Welcome to our luxurious five bedroom vacation home in Washington, Utah, in the beautiful region of southern Utah. Our home is conveniently located near some of Utah's most popular attractions, including Zion National Park, just a short 45-minute drive away. Other nearby natural wonders include Snow Canyon State Park and Quail Creek State Park, where you can hike, bike, and explore the beautiful surroundings.
Our home features an open-concept living space with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen. The home's large windows and outdoor patio offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and desert landscape.

Walking through the front door of this gorgeous vacation home, youâll realize that no detail was too small to consider to make this retreat comfortable and luxurious. The 5 bedrooms rental was designed to accommodate multi-family groups by giving them the space and privacy they need. From the elegant decorations to the countless upgrades, you and your guests will feel pampered and relaxed.
The main floor features an open concept kitchen and living room that extends into the dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for your friends and family, or to simply kick back and enjoy some great takeout. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table with seating for 7. The large kitchen island also offers additional seating for 4. Two laundry rooms, one on the main and another on the second floor, come stocked with all the supplies you will need during your stay. The main floor living room has ample seating with a large flat screen smart TV.
The main floor features 2 bedrooms. The main floor principal bedroom is the largest bedroom and is furnished with a king bed and smart TV. The principal bathroom has an enormous walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The second main floor bedroom has a queen bed along with an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs youâll enjoy additional living space with a smart TV, large sectional, and ping pong table. This separate living area is perfect for the kids to play or hang out while adults gather downstairs. The second level features three additional bedrooms with 2 additional bathrooms.
