Ce joli appartement se trouve dans l'un des bâtiments les mieux à Ipanema, à seulement quelques pas de tout ce qui compte!
Il est bien décoré avec un salon spacieux avec une terrasse donnant sur le Corcovado/Christ Rédempteur et de deux chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et terrasse spacieuse. Vous pourrez prendre votre petit déjeuner en regardant l'ocean de la terrasse du salon et y prendre l'apéritif en regardant le Christ.
Le bâtiment dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue époustouflante sur Ipanema, Copacabana, la Lagoa, le Christ Rédempteur et le Pao de Azucar, avec une piscine panoramique sur le toit, salle de gym, jacuzzi, squash, espace détente, salle de conférence et restaurant .

Very spacious apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great for a couple or a family. Amazing location with great facilities including a spa pool and a delightful rooftop area with panoramic views and a lovely pool. Many nearby restaurants are a bonus.The staff in reception are very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was excellent. The apartment is clean and well equiped with everything you need including excellent AC in every room. The building, staff, and leasing agents are responsive and prompt. The owner Franco is also a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

The apartment was in a great location near to good bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk away from the centre of Ipanema beach.The Tiffany building was great - very smart looking from the outside and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.The apartment itself had all we needed and more. There were 3 balconies to sit on at different times of the day.The apartment was well equipped.The communication with initially the owner, and then the letting agent was great with immediate responses on nearly all occasions.I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here if I ever visited Rio again.

Great Accommodation and Résidence

We spent a wonderful time in this amazing apartment. Very bright, with beautiful open views and 3 terraces. The apartment is located in a very secure and quiet residence. At our disposal in the residence, fitness room, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, rooftop pool, private rooftop restaurant ... Thanks Franko, and Leo for all information at our arrival and during our stay! We will like back next year!

Perfect Location

This property was in an awesome location very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was clean and as pictured. Living area very small and kitchen even smaller but it worked.

Tiffany’s is the best location in Ipanema near farme beach and the hippie fair, the apartment is spacious with a great view of Corcovado and partial water view. The rooftop view is amazing and perfect for sunsets bathrooms were great. Everything works well and 24 hour doorman. The only comment is that the daily maid service does not include changing of sheets or towels -they change once a week. And they did not have any extra towels. Only 2 towels per room. Extra towels would have been appreciated as RIO is hot and you will take multiple showers so two towels per room is not enough. Bring your own. (No washer in this unit). Besides that one issue, highly recommend

A perfect place to stay in Rio!

I have been to Rio many times twenty five years ago and this time around I wanted to stay in an apt. I was a bit unsure of this because I wanted excellent security and a desk clerk to answer any questions. Well, I was not disappointed in my decision as this apt has it all. It is in a very secure apt building with excellent service. The doormen and desk clerks will super helpful and friendly. The apt was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The only thing it did not have was an adapter, and Marie, the gal who ran the VRBO was quick to get us one. It also did not have a washer or dryer which ended up being no big deal because there are lots of full service laundry mats in the area. Maria was lovely to work with as well. It was such a great experience getting back to my favorite city in the world and I would do it all over again staying at this apt. It was perfect!

Stayed in many Rio Apartments, some are a bit tatty, however this one is more like a 4 star hotel. Very comfortable! Roof top pool has amazing 360 deg views

GREAT PLACE!

Franco's place is great! Morgane met us for our check-in. She was wonderful and very professional. She was of great help when we needed her. The location is perfect. Close to Ipanema beach, shopping, restaurants & bars, supermarket, etc. We walk to Leblon and Copacabana, it was great exercise with the beautiful beach view. The building has a very tight security team and everyone is very friendly. Franco responded to my messages immediately. He is exceptional! Highly recommended

Perfect location

This was our second trip to Rio and staying here was a true pleasure. We were close to the metro, the beach and Rio do Sul supermarket. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated so it's a nice place to hang out when you just want to relax. I would recommend having more fans and or ceiling fans in the apartment for nights when it's more humid. The building staff was quite friendly and helpful as well.

Great apartment in a great location.

The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures. All of the people that I communicated with and met from booking to checkout were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. The location can't be beat. You have everything you need within a stone's throw of the building. You wake up in the morning with a view of Christ the Redeemer and you can go to the rooftop and take in the view of the beach. We were so very pleased and this apartment really made our stay that much better. I have traveled extensively and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to someone looking for a comfortable and modern apartment in the heart of ipanema.

Great apartment in ideal location

Hubby and I stayed for 8 nights at this apartment. Loved the location being near the beach, shops, metro and good restaurants. Although the interior of the building appeared outdated, the apartment itself was modern, lots of natural light and comfortable with great views to the beach and the hills. The 2 bathrooms were a bonus and that lounge area very comfortable and inviting with the morning sun shining through. Oasis Collections organised a very useful airport transfer and were also very helpful in suggestions from where to go/eat to practical tips on many things related to Rio de Janeiro. We highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment - wonderful stay

Great experience from point of booking through to the end of the stay. Apartment was fantastic and lived up to expectations from the reviews and photos, breakfast on the roof was great and all in all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will book again for our next trip!

First Class!

This apartment is beautiful, clean, and just what the pictures show: First class. The views from the balconies are spectacular and the rooftop has a kitchen with a great breakfast for only 20 R (fantastic fresh mangoes and papaya! real eggs!) and a terrace overlooking Ipanema beach. The owner provides a concierge who was extremely professional and helpful and the building has security and doorman/woman. A written guide with local tips was provided, as well as maid service, wifii, indoor pool, and a perfect location-- who needs a hotel? The owner is accommodating and responds to all of your needs. I would have no hesitations about anything associated with this property!

A beauty..

Franco's flat is a real gem. In an residential building with 24h concierge, rooftop pool and cute spa right in the middle of lovely Ipanema, few steps from the beach. The area is extremely safe and gives you a joyful, poetic and exciting taste of the life of Cariocas. It's very elegantly furnished and flooded with the vibrant light of Rio. We stayed with a six year old and a nine month old baby and found it ideal under every point of view. On top of everything Franco is a lovely host and he was extremely kind in helping us organizing our short stay in town and making sure everything went smoothly. Thoroughly raccomended! Fantastic Stay!

As the pictures suggest, the apartment is updated and very comfortable. The views are stunning, both from the apartment and the beautiful rooftop terrace. The location was perfect--very close to the beach, the heart of Ipanema, and the only nearby metro station. The area is very safe and the staff at the front desk of the building were excellent (and even spoke good English!). Franco was very pleasant to deal with and helpful in planning the details of our trip. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Rio. Thanks Franco!

Una vacanza da favola

Siamo appena tornati da questo bellissimo posto in Brasile.Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento.Molto ben rifinito e a 2 passi dalla spiaggia.La posizione e' centrale sia per andare al mare che per fare shopping,appena usciti dall'edficio c'e' di tutto,negozi,bar,ristoranti ecc.L'appartamento e' situato in un elegante edificio dove tra l'altro potete fare anche delle deliziose colazioni(extra)all'ultimo piano dove e' ubicata una splendita piscina con ristorante annesso.Il proprietario molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema.Se dovessimo tornare a Rio il prossimo anno sicuramente sara' nello stesso appartamento.Un saluto a Franco e grazie infinite,Roberto,Gaetano,Carlo e Gianni
