House was as described and our host was even generous enough to help us locate a pack n play for our infant son. There were some ants in the house, but that’s pretty typical for most places in the area so don’t be alarmed. Location was great, nice and quiet and right next to the beach!

We spent 8 nights at this house in Feb/Mar 2026. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house is steps away from a gorgeous beach, which was a big highlight. Felipe, our host, was very friendly and kind. The beds were comfortable and clean, as were the bathrooms. There was AC available in the livingroom and both bedrooms, along with ceiling fans, which all helped keep us comfortable. That said, there were parts of the house where the cleanliness was not up to expectations (coffeemaker was very dirty on arrival, some of the dishes, high touch zones, inside of closets). There were a few other things that would have made the stay more comfortable, such as curtains that blocked the morning light and cushions on the outdoor furniture. I would also have appreciated if there was communication binder to give us information about the house, the area, and to answer FAQs. Our family had a wonderful time in Playa Grande, and we thank Felipe and his family for allowing us to use their space.

Women's retreat was unforgettable! Playa Grande, Costa Rica, CASA OASIS was the perfect home, yard, beach and setting for the rest and recharge we were seeking. An abundance of wild life to explore just outside the doors making this an easy connection to nature. The stunning beach sunsets calmed our souls while making the perfect backdrop for surfing, walks, shelling, swimming and enjoying the peace of the waves crashing around us. What a unique experience. The easy to get to, affordable, and delicious food/beverages are still on our minds. Lounging, music, relaxing and smiling faces made our trip fulfilling and mesmerizing. What fun it was to explore new foods and places. This home is ideal for couples, families and groups alike. The pool, yard, location and ease of the space make it an easy transition and vacation. Private and safe make the top of the list as well. The best part of this experience will be going back!!!

We experienced Playa Grande Costa Rica on a family trip and fell in love. We loved it so much we wanted to share it with the rest of the world. We continue to add items to our home with each trip we visit to provide the best experience for our guest.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The neighborhood is serene, peaceful, and secluded. A gated community of only a few homes providing lots of privacy. The landscape is lush and tropical. Steps from our front door is the breathtaking ocean. Our area of the beach is never crowded, if you see 20 people all at once id be surprised. You can walk a few minutes down the beach and cut into town to grab a bite to eat at a cafe. 10 minutes the opposite direction and you’re in Tamarindo.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A private two story villa with a large yard and newly remodeled pool. Two bedrooms each with private full bathrooms. A large kitchen, laundry room, living room, and a half bath all on the first floor provide a ton of space for families, couples, or friends looking to hang out and relax. The beach is truly spectacular and the fact you can learn to surf without hundreds of people watching you and trying to dodge them in the ocean is amazing.
