A second living area can be found at the front of the home, also complete with flat screen tv, stylish yet comfortable sofas and swivel accent chairs. There is ample space for large families or friends gathering.

Overlooking the pool with conservation views the lounge has been elegantly furnished with luxurious L-shaped sofa, occasional chairs, rug, occasional tables and lamps.
It is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying the entertainment on offer on the 65 inch flat screen TV.

Kitchen:
The beautiful, well equipped modern kitchen comprises of a centre island and sink, waste disposal, ample cupboards and pantry as well as butlers pantry. It is stocked with everything you need to cook for your family and friends.

A breakfast bar with 4 stools provides additional casual seating.

It can be a quiet haven situated at the front of the villa. Alternatively, it could be a great hideaway for kids or teenagers as it has its own HD smart TV.

The deck area is a great size - large enough to sunbathe around the pool.
The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool, as well as a pool alarm on the external doors.
Make use of 4 full-length sun loungers and enjoy al fresco dining around the large outdoor table with oversized armchairs. Cook up a storm on the gas grill which is free for guests to use.

This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outside fan, a necessity for those who want to remain cool. Catch up on your favorite TV shows whilst cooking on the grill with the outdoor TV. A convenient pool bathroom can also be found off of the pool deck area.

The beautiful master bedroom has been decorated in cool blue tones and stunning furnishings including a king size bed, perfect for lounging and watching the large flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom in complete with corner bath and large shower. Not forgetting fluffy white towels and soft bed linens throughout.

The large king-size bed has a deep top quality mattress and superior linen.
An oversized walk-in closet means there are rooms for the cases once you have unpacked and made yourself at home.

Bedroom 3:
A wonderful queen-sized double bedroom again beautifully decorated and furnished with a deep top quality mattress.

Bedroom 4:
A well-furnished room with a King sized double bed, tastefully decorated, smart tv, and a built in closet. This room has a Florida vibe, our guests love the large bed and ensuite with shower and vanity.

Bedroom 5:
Twin bedded room which has been tastefully decorated with a Mickey mouse theme, Built-in closet, Smart TV. accent chair, Jack and Jill bathroom with shower. This room is a fun classic with the disney theming.

Bedroom 6:
A fun yet stylish themed bedroom, this one is for the Minion fans. with two twin beds and flat screen TV this room is a huge hit with the kids and adults! Shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with vanity and shower.


With proximity to Orlando's world-famous attractions, exceptional shopping centres and easy access to the I-4. There is a wonderful golf course close by at Providence, and Reunion and Champions Gate courses are just 5 minutes away.
Watersong has a 6,700 sq ft clubhouse, internet room, resort style pool and spa, fully equipped fitness center, playground, volleyball court, picnic area and basketball court.
It is an ideal location where you can have it all. Publix supermarket is just a few minutes away by car.

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Rental
Agreement, Credit Card Authorization, and Damage Waiver:Reservations for this property are non-refundable, but
we do offer a cancellation waiver that cost 10% of the gross rental fee, and
allows you to cancel within 48 hours prior to the check-in date. You may cancel
for any reason up to 48 hours before check-in if you purchase this optional
waiver at the time of booking. This can only be purchased at the time of the
reservation. If you purchase this cancellation waiver you must call us and
email us 48 hours before the check in date with your notice of cancellation. If
you do cancel before the 48 hours and you purchased this wavier, we will issue
a refund check or credit the original credit card the cost of the reservation
(minus the cost for the wavier) within 5 to 7 business days. If this waiver was
purchased it will show on the reservation breakdown below.

Damage
Waiver and Capacity Restrictions:Our
properties are inspected before and after each reservation guests agree to pay
for any flagrant damage to the units, excessive cleaning required at check-out,
missing or damage to the units’ contents, or any other accidental damage to anything
within the rental unit during the rental period. Your reservation was either
charge $89. 00 for a Damage waiver to cover up to $1,500. 00 in damage or we
collected a deposit if any damages are above this then the Renter authorizes
any said damage or missing items charged to their credit card identified above.
The sleeping capacity for this property is limited to the number of beds
provided, so twin beds sleep 1 guest; double, queen and king beds sleep 2
guests each. Extra guests beyond the maximum sleeping capacity are not allowed
without the expressed written permission in advance. Often, extra sleeping
capacity is not possible at this property. Each additional guest exceeding the
maximum sleeping capacity for this property will incur a charge of 10% of the
nightly rental rate, per guest, and will be charged to the credit card provided
above. No pets, smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this property.

forfeited. A cancellation wavier is available for purchase on your Reservation.
