The Space:
The Playa Royal condominium stands as one of Nuevo Vallarta's most prestigious and luxurious oceanfront properties. Nestled within Tower 1, renowned as the condominium's prime location due to its direct ocean-facing position. Enjoy the outdoor spaces like the refreshing pool, grill up something tasty on the communal grill, dine in the shade under the palapa, take a stroll along the beach, and take advantage of the convenient concierge services.

The main highlights of the condo:

The SITTING AREA features a sofa, a pair of armchairs, and a TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. Step outside and relax on one of two sun loungers or enjoy your morning coffee at the table for 4 while gazing at the ocean just past the view of the pool.

The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up.

The DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests for sit-down meals.

2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Double beds

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo plus access to the communal areas like the pool, beach, and BBQ area (has cost and subject to availability).

Travelers are treated to pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and a wealth of water sports activities. Dining options abound, offering a taste of Mexican and international cuisine, while vibrant nightlife can be found in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.

Getting Around:
The Playa Royale Residence Beach Club is APPROXIMATELY 12.5 km | 8 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

Other Things to Note:
Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (subject to changes).
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 21 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
