Location is great & house can fit 2 full families, however they do not provide ANYTHING for actually enjoying the house. I rented this home for Labor Day weekend, and what a disappointment, so much that we left a day early it was so uncomfortable. We arrived to an open back door on the balcony with tools, drinks, lighters, because two workers were fixing the broken elevator. It did not get fixed and by 7:45pm Friday night I asked the property manager to have them leave, it was getting too late. There was one papertowel roll in kitchen, and that’s it. Not one dish towel, dish rag, nothing. There was a trash bag in the garbage can, no back ups. The washer and dryer had two pods and then the dryer took 4 cycles to dry a load of clothes from wet bathing suits and such. Each guest was left one mediocre, small towel for showering for a 3 night stay with a dryer that didn’t work. My husband and I were in the master, and were given 1 washcloth and towel to share for a 3 night weekend. They advertise a pool and quick walk to the beach, but there are no beach towels. The master bath has mold growing from the shower head, so much that while I’m showering mold was falling off in pieces on me and the floor. The kitchen sink faucet also had mold growing in the faucet. This house needs a serious deep clean and refresh. It does not feel homey or make your stay with two family’s comfortable at all. The only offer was to refund the cleaning fee, no accountability from owner or discount.
