THE SPACE:

🚶‍♂️The home sits above Lake Eufaula, with lake access available from the property. Getting down to the water involves a steep, rocky path and two sets of stairs, so it’s best suited for guests who are comfortable navigating uneven terrain. You can absolutely make your way down to the lake and enjoy the water!

✅Before You Book — A Few Important Things to Know✅

🛌One sleeping area is a screened-in porch with two queen beds. This space is not heated or cooled, so temperatures will vary with the weather.
🚻The home has 2.5 bathrooms for up to 16 guests, so your group should be comfortable sharing.
🌳The property is secluded and sits on 3+ acres, which means privacy, wildlife, nature, and a little bit of that “we`re really at the lake” feeling.
🚿And yes, there’s an outdoor shower. Because after a day at the lake, sometimes the best shower is the one where you can rinse off while enjoying the great outdoors.😉

🍽️The manor boasts a fully stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, and tons of outdoor seating to take in that perfect lake breeze. The equipped kitchen is a dream for any chef, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

🚿The primary suite is situated downstairs and boasts a king bed with patio access for your morning cup of Joe and a closet that lights up like a runway. Oversized shower with a relaxing spa-inspired design with a handheld shower wand, rainfall shower head, and teak bench to rinse your troubles away; is located in hall bathroom, right outside your door.

🛌Upstairs, find 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a game room with Pac-Man, puzzles, board games, and a comfy sofa/trundle bed for naps or extra sleeping. Guests can choose from a comfy queen bed, a full bed, bunks for 4, or the unique screened porch with cicada serenades and 2 soft queen beds. Screened porch is not heated/cooled.

GUEST ACCESS:

🔑You’ll have private use of the residence throughout your stay, aside from the owner`s closet downstairs and upstairs, which are not available to guests.

🔒Gated entrance to neighborhood provides peace of mind. The property also has its own gated entrance, however it remains open for guest access.

🚗Nine Marina, No.9 campgrounds, beach and boat ramp are all approximately 5.6 miles away. Nine Marina is a hotspot--offers fuel, Rojas Taqueria & Cantina, boat rentals, slip rentals, ship store, Nine Scoops and tons of entertainment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

💦Please Note About Lake Access--The property is located on a hillside and lake access is down a pathway of stairs with a deck overlooking the lake. The path is a bit steep and rocky, so be careful and wear comfy shoes. Enjoy your walk down to the water! The driveway is a little steep, as well, so please use caution when arriving, especially with cars or trailers. SUV`s and trucks are generally better suited for the incline and gravel roads leading to this secluded retreat.

🌳A Note About Our Lakeside Setting--Our home is located in a scenic lake and forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects or spiders, especially outdoors. This comes with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the peaceful beauty and character of our lakeside retreat!🌳
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

2. Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval from the host.

3. Noise:
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
No loud music or parties.

4. Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

5. Smoking:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only outside, away from open windows and doors, and all smoking materials must be disposed of properly.

6. Housekeeping:
Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
Use provided trash bags and dispose of trash in the outdoor bins located at the gate.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

7. Appliances:
Report any malfunctions or issues with appliances to the host immediately.

8. Outdoor Use:
Use of the BBQ grill is allowed; please move away from house while in use, turn off propane (if applicable) after each cook and clean any heavy deposits after use.
No open fires unless in the designated fire pit, and always ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving unattended.

9. Damages:
Report any accidental damages to the host immediately.
Guests agree to pay for any damages caused during their stay.

10. Parking:
Parking is available in front of the home.

11. Respect for Property:
Treat the property as if it were your own.
Any unauthorized use of the property, including hosting events not agreed upon in advance, may result in eviction without refund.
