*Summer 2025*
Book a 7+ night stay at the Bunk House and receive a portrait beach session with a local award winning family photographer. Session will take place at Gooch's beach in KBK. Promo is non-transferable.

Large spacious & private 4 bedroom 2.5 bath.
Perfect for families. The property is set on 1 acre of lush green grass and surrounded by trees and nature. Parking in the driveway for 4 cars. Oversized firepit is a guest favorite!

*LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION*
Close to all the action but set back on once acre of lush green grass this property is just 3 min drive/ 10 min bike ride to the waves, sandy beaches and sunsets. Charming shops, walking trails, Mousam River, Webhanett golf course, restaurants, cafes and Dock Square are all a few minutes away. LL Bean, Ogunquit, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way make the best day trips. Don't forget the James Beard award winning restaurants in Portland!

*THE INSIDE SCOOP*
The property owners have deep summer roots in the area spanning over 100 years. The welcome guide at the property is filled with top secret off the beaten path recommendations for every type of guest from the foodies to the surfers, the hikers and the bikers, antique lovers or the bird watchers.

*BEACH VIBES*
The Bunk House is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, one cooler and toys for the kiddos. Feel free to use The Bunk House surfboard, kayak, canoe and/or boogie boards. Take that surf lesson!

*BEACH PASSES*
2 beach parking passes are available to use during your stay and should be left at the house at the conclusion of a stay. If beach passes are lost, stolen, not returned there will be a replacement charge. **Please see house rules.**

*CAFFEINE ETC*
The Bunk House is stocked with a starter pack of coffee ( k-cups), tea, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

* PROPERTY LAYOUT*
The layout of this home brings everyone together in the large common areas, spacious gourmet kitchen and dinning area but there are plenty of nooks and corners in the home to also carve out an afternoon nap or quiet reading time in the hammock. Hardwood throughout home.

*1st FLOOR*
Stunning kitchen complete with counter-to-ceiling subway tile and open concept dining area. The foodie in the group will have post, pans, glasses to serve brunch, make beach lunches and eat those lobsters. Deep porcelain sink, coffee bar and imported wine fridge are the owners favorite features.
So much space to gather and make memories. Common rooms include 1 sofa, 2 large sectionals. The playroom/den closet is filled with dominoes, board and card games. There are 2 flatscreen TVs, one in the living room and other in the den/playroom. Set up your little vacationers with their very own movie night!

Also available on 1st floor level:
- 1/2 bathroom.
- Washer and dryer laundry room. Towels+bed linens provided
- Living room: 65 inch Smart TV
- Den/ Playroom: 65 inch Smart TV
- Access to patio area. Sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon

4. Fourth Bedroom- *twin bunk bed, & double sleeper futon. This room is ideal for 3/4 children or 2 adults. Top bunk is for children only! *There is twin futon located under the bunk bed. This futon is for fun i.e. fort making- not included in official sleeping accomodations and will not have bedding/pillows!

Full bathroom with tub and shower.
Full bathroom with stall shower- ensuite in bedroom #1

*OUTSIDE*
Slack line, play house, lacrosse, street hockey and basketball nets all on property and for guest usage.
BBQ area with picnic table & umbrella (peak season.) Shaded around dinner time and it is perfect.

*FIREPIT*
Unwind after a day at the beach or shopping by the oversized firepit. S’mores aren’t just for kids anymore. Electric outlet at firepit is ideal for baby monitor or phone charger.
{Starting Jan 2025} All rentals in KBK must follow fire warden fire pit rules.

*OUTSIDE SHOWER*
There is also an outside shower for summer use.
