Pool very good.mattress very good, ramp great especially for our dog, beautiful lawn. Quiet street, near beach, Good restaurant area. Easy to find, good parking for two cars. Very comfortable Decent weather for October. Liked the chairs in the pool for sunbathing. Thank you for letting me know use your house.

The house was great, making you feel right at home. We had a small concern with the heat pump to which Sharon addressed immediately. Overall this day was great and we're looking forward to renting it again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay. Charming home in a quiet normal beach side neighborhood. Short walk to the beach was manageable even on the hottest days. The pool is very private with such nice features. Truly thank you for putting this on VRBO so that others can enjoy.

We stayed 6 nights at Sharon’s beach cottage. We had an awesome time. The cottage was so cute and cozy! The pool was absolutely amazing!! Sharon was a great to work with! It was a great getaway! Hope to stay there again!!! Thanks Sharon for sharing your home with to us!!!

Charming house with great outdoor space. Front porch and pool were favorites. Appreciated having a washer and dryer. Host was very responsive and helpful. Walk to the beach was easy, even with littles in tow. Would stay again, definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our family. It was very clean and in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our small dog, which had the best time ever!The front porch was a good spot to drink our morning coffee and the pool was amazing to relax after coming home from sightseeing. We all had a great time and recharged our batteries with needed relaxation. I will recommend this place to anyone. We would book again without a doubt if we are in this area.The host was gracious, friendly and helpful. Communication was above and beyond what was expected. Thank you to our host!

The owner was super!!! Air conditioning went down and she had someone there in no time at all. We were able to bring my grand-puppies which was terrific but they weren’t permitted to go swimming in the pool with us. Upsetting as we had to spend extra money we didn’t plan on for them to get a pool and life vests and we only used the pool once due to that reason. They are only 14 pounds each so they wouldn’t do well outside for any period of time. We would absolutely stay there again if permitted to bring the pups in the pool, but we would have been super careful and they are trained. That is the only reason we would not stay there again, but we loved it. It was like staying at your own home and not a commercial property. We felt very comfortable there.

Super friendly host with great communication. Property is perfect for families. Beach cottage with all you need. Located in an extremely clean, safe and quiet area. A quick walk to the beach and convenient to everything else you need. Pool area is nice; set up for swimming and lounging! If you’re into nature, there are birds, bunnies and a white squirrel my kids enjoyed looking for every morning.

We so enjoyed our stay at the cozy beach cottage. The host was very welcoming to our dog. When a repair was needed, the host took care of it promptly and respectfully of our schedule. Everything was clean and comfortable. Love the short walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at this adorable cottage. Everything about it was a joy- the proximity to the beach, the lovely pool, and the delightful cottage itself. The house was clean, well stocked, and extremely comfortable. The pool was incredible, and access to the beach a short walk away. Wonderful Home and Location

The home was wonderful and cozy with enough room for 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool was our favorite part of the property. This house was also only about a 3 minute walk to the beach and was in a nice quiet area. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend and would happily book again!

The house was everything the host said and then some!Charming is the best way to describe it. My family felt right at home. It was comfy and cozy.There was ample seating in the living room, a great porch swing, a lovely outdoor dining area, a well stocked kitchen -- and my favorite -- the outdoor shower made out of a surfboard! And of course the pool. We have been traveling to the coast for 20 years and hands down this was the best pool we have had!The family is already talking about next year!Highly recommend it.

Cozy Fantastic Cottage

It is a bit of an older Home, but it is perfect. The location was a three minute walk to the beach and you could hear the ocean The swimming pool was clean and the perfect size to just hang out and play in the water. The yard was also the perfect size for our two small dogs. The neighborhood is quiet even through the weekend we’re hoping we can stay there again. Thank you so much Sharon and Eddie.!!
