We are located within a 5 minute drive to the 18 hole golf course, lakes, outdoor heated pool (Open Memorial day - Labor day), clubhouse, lakeside grill & pub, playground and tennis court. Please keep in mind the home is located in the mountains, wildlife such as Deer and Bugs are very common.

The Regis can sleep a maximum of 12 people. The driveway is able to fit 6 cars. Perfect entertainment home for gatherings with friends and family.

This is an 18-hole golf course. Our front nine holes play past Glacier Lake and through mountain woodlands where spring flowers and fall colors make for an unforgettable golf experience. The back nine challenges golfers with well manicured and deeply contoured greens that demand approach shots to land and stay on the same level as the flag.

Our Olympic size HEATED swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing swim or take advantage of several dedicated lap lanes. A full line of snacks, ice creams, drinks and grilled favorites are available at the Pool Snack Bar. Covered picnic table seating and open air lounge chair seating is available. Restrooms include changing rooms and showers.

If the pool is not your style and you are looking for sand between your toes, visit the Glacier Lake beach area! With plenty of swimming areas for water fun and an extensive sand area this makes for the perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the Pocono landscape.

(BOATING)

All Pennsylvania State Laws, pertaining to boating, govern the PFCCA Glacier Lake.

The PFCCA lake is limited to watercraft propelled by oars, paddles, sail, or electric motors. Electric motors shall not be more than five (5) horsepower ensuring that the water remains calm and clean. Any watercraft propelled by an electric motor must be currently registered in a state. Per the state law, the registration must be carried on board. All members’ boats used on the PFCCA Lake must also be registered with the PFCCA office.
Limited boat rack rental space is available by application to members in good standing through the PFCCA administration office. An annual fee is applied.

A playground is adjacent to the beach front with a large grass area for game playing and picnicking nearby you will also find beach volleyball nets, bocce courts and shuffleboard making it a perfect family beach!

Glacier lake is also open throughout the year for fishing, sailing and boating.
There are a variety of special pool & beach events for young members, pre-teens, teens, families and adults only. There is always happening within the Aquatics Amenities.

Lakeside Grill & Pub brings the gourmet food, craft beers, and events of a hip hangout to your own community. From classic American fare to Italian favorites, this family-friendly social hub’s menu will satisfy any pallet. Burgers, pizza, steaks, seafood, salads… You’ll find what you’re craving, and our dishes are attuned to more than your taste buds. Recipes are modified to the needs of our guests and can accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies.

SPORTS
- Tennis court is open dawn until dusk as weather permits, until the first snowfall of the year. Racquet and ball rental is available in the admin office.

- Sledding is allowed on the golf course when adequate snow exists 8" or more. Permitted only on hole #3 (ages 10 and under) and #8 (ages 11 and over). Metal sleds are NOT allowed.

- Ice skating IS PERMITTED when a GREEN FLAG is waving at the rear of the Lakeside Grill & Pub (by the beach). A RED GLAF indicates skating is NOT PERMITTED.

Other things to note:
Must agree to common house rules prior to booking. Fines and/or booking cancellation may apply if any rules are not followed.

-LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS- any bookings up to 4 days before check in will be charged a $75 late fee. The community charges us if we send in the registration form late. (Must need to send in the form 4 days prior checking in to avoid the fee).

- MUST be 25 or older to book the home. IDs (driver's license) will be required from main guest once a booking is confirmed.

- Check in is at 4:00pm- Check out is at 11:00am- early check in or late check out is sometimes optional at an additional fee if no other bookings.

- Each persons in the party must submit their Name and Age to the community prior to their stay. This rule is enforced by the HOA community for check-in purposes only.

- There are security cameras outside (exterior only, for security and liability purposes only).

- No smoking anywhere inside ($1000 FINE)

- No fireworks ($1000 FINE)

- Dogs are allowed during your stay for an additional $150 fee per dog (1 dog maximum with approval). Must add pet fee in booking inquiry. They MUST BE TRAINED and HOUSE BROKEN. We ask that dogs DO NOT get on the beds or couch out of respect for other people's allergies. Bring a dog blanket/ bed for your pet to stay off the carpet/rugs. Never leave them unattended/loose in the house. Must bring a crate. PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG AND WALK THEM AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY (property must be clean/sanitary for the next guests.) DOGS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN THE MAIN AREAS AND NOT THE BEDROOMS. $500 FEE IF EVIDENCE OF PETS ON FURNITURE, IN BEDROOMS OR WASTE LEFT ON PROPERTY.

- HOT TUB- Cover hot tub when not in use. (100 degrees- not suitable for children under 12 years old- must be supervised at all times) No oils or soap in the hot tub. ($1000 fine)

- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM, please be courteous to the neighbors.

- Respect the home like it was your own.

- BE AWARE of bugs and wildlife on the property: plenty of deer and occasional bears and foxes. Our cleaners will try their best to keep bugs out of the home, but keep in mind this location is in a rural area. If this scene isn't for you, please reconsider booking.

- Do not leave any garbage outside whatsoever. Bears will tear up the bags.

- Damages upon arrival and during your stay MUST BE REPORTED.
