Welcome to Treetop Retreat!  Nestled in the heart of the gated Connestee Falls community, this beautiful and recently updated 4-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and comfort. Ideal for families or groups, the home accommodates up to 8 guests and features spacious, beautifully appointed interiors designed to make every stay memorable.  This home has a flat driveway with a 2-car carport and plenty of space to park up to 4 vehicles.  The easily accessible main entrance of the home opens into a dedicated entryway.

Off the entryway to the left, guests are greeted by a sizable living and dining space with gorgeous tongue-and-groove ceilings.  Ample natural light from the big windows compliment the large dining table with seating for 8.  The living area is appointed with a custom stone hearth and electric fireplace, plenty of plush seating, a large television, and even a puzzle table. Enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings in the expansive screened-in porch off the living area, where you can unwind with a cup of coffee while enjoying the soft breeze or gather with friends and family to watch the sunset.

The fully-equipped kitchen is located off the dining area and is perfect for preparing meals.  A second dining space with a breakfast table for 6 is located just off the kitchen, as well as a separate seating area with additional comfortable seating and a second electric fireplace for your enjoyment.

Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the main level of this oasis, to the right of the entryway.  The Primary Bedroom is home to a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower.  Bedroom 2 is complete with a queen-sized bed and shares the full hall bathroom with Bedroom 3, which is home to 2 twin-sized beds.

As you travel downstairs to the basement level of this home, you will be greeted by another living space, thoughtfully designed to include another large TV, cozy seating, and a shuffleboard table!  The very private Bedroom 4, complete with a king-sized bed, is also located on the basement level, with it’s own spacious and private bathroom with dual sinks and stand-up shower.

Treetop Retreat provides guests multiple options for soaking up the outdoors.  In addition to the large screened-in porch, this home boasts sliding doors leading to open deck space from all living spaces and bedrooms!

Connestee Falls is a private, amenity rich community, less than 20 minutes from Downtown Brevard.  With over 20 miles of private hiking trails (including waterfall hikes), privately maintained and sticked fishing lakes, a clubhouse with dining, and a heated pool, guests can have an adventure filled vacation without ever leaving the community!  When guests are ready for hiking, waterfalls, and biking adventures outside the community, limitless options await with Dupont State Forest and Caesars Head Visitor Center less than 20 minutes away, Pisgah National Forest less than 30 minutes away.

As your host during your stay, White Squirrel Realty is easy to reach by text or phone.  Each home we manage is stocked with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable.  Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation, with a link to the essential information needed to enjoy your stay, like the door code and directions.  The digital guidebook has information on the property and also on the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property they have reserved at check-in time.

This home is equipped with 2 exterior security cameras at the front of the home.  Neither camera can see inside the home.
