This century old, updated duplex is on Oak Street, in the Uptown/South Carrollton neighborhood, within walking distance of Streetcar, restaurants, bars, grocery, Tulane University, Loyola University, Audubon Park, Audubon Zoo, St. Charles Street, and Mississippi River.
The historical charm of house with its 11' high ceilings, laminate and hardwood flooring, old mantels, and crown moldings are evident throughout. Separate modern central air-conditioning and heating units are dedicated to each floor.
