LOCATION
The West Beach area of Gulf Shores is incredibly special. You will find gorgeous sugar white beaches paired with shimmering Gulf of Mexico waters. Wildlife is abundant here with sea turtles, pelicans, herons, sea gulls, and dolphins! Fishing is abundant and this is the perfect location if relaxing on the beach is your top priority! The area is much quieter than other parts of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. A mix of houses and duplexes line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and wonderful restaurants.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking allowed.
* Private Pool - Pool Heat is available for an additional charge. Pool heating is available for guest comfort; however, outdoor weather conditions—such as cool temperatures, wind, or rain—can significantly affect the water temperature. While the heater runs continuously when activated, we cannot guarantee that any specific temperature will be reached or maintained. Please note that we do not recommend heating the pool when outdoor temperatures are expected to be 50°F or below, as the heater will struggle to raise or sustain the desired temperature in those conditions. Pool heat is refundable up to two days prior to arrival. Once activated, the fee is not refundable, as it covers the additional energy costs while the heater is operating. Thank you so much for your understanding. If you have any questions or would like guidance based on your stay dates, we're always happy to help!
* Signed reservation agreement required to rent this home.
* A copy of your driver's license or other Gov't issued ID required for rental.

Had a minor hiccup at check in which was quickly addressed by management. Otherwise, our stay was simply fantastic! Beautiful house. Well decorated. Comfortable beds. Private beach access and heated pool. Our family of 16 had the best time!

We were very impressed with this property, and multiple superlatives could apply. It is a gorgeous house with plenty of space and very well stocked. Few, if any, expenses were spared in this new construction. The beach access is super easy, and we basically had our own private beach. I would highly recommend this place to any large families considering a beach trip. The host was very easy to work with and responsive. Zero issues. We would love to come back here in the future, and it is very worthy of five stars.

This is a spacious home that fits a large group very comfortably. Our group occupied 7 of the 8 bedrooms and never felt crowded. A huge plus is that the home is located directly on a less-populated area of the beach while still being close to shopping and dining. The host was great at communicating as well.

Beach Paradise

Outstanding property, brand new construction beach house. Fully stocked kitchen and bar area for all your needs of cooking or making cocktails. Two washer/dryer units on 2nd and 3rd floor, two refrigerators, separate in counter ice machine with commercial blender. Bedroom mattresses are memory foam and extremely comfortable. Added pool heat for additional cost that was the perfect touch for kids. Plenty of space with seating on outside patios and ample parking beneath. Walk with ease from pool deck to beach on the walkway. Beach is extremely private. The house is built and set up thoughtfully for a top notch beach vacation. Just down from the noise of Orange Beech was an appreciated quietness but a quick drive to eat out if desired. Property is managed by Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals. 24/7 service if needed, they are fast to respond. We had an outstanding stay and couldn’t say enough about this property!!!

BY FAR BEST PLACE WE'VE STAYED!!!!!

This trip was incredible apart from the weather which has nothing to do with this beautiful house. The host and crew were awesome, responding super fast, toddler proofing and very informative on the functions of the house. It was a pricey place but so worth it, would def stay there again. The ocean was pretty harsh and freezing so def pay to get the pool heated the kids loved it!!!!! The maintenance guy that met us during check in, I believe his name was Stacy (maybe) was awesome and helpful and pretty funny. There were a few kinks with the doors we had to work with but with this being a new construct, and them I'm assuming working on the place still to finish it in between vacationers stays, was nothing major that we would complain about. Over all this place was perfect and huge, and whoever was the interior designer, designed this place with such great taste, nothing was overwhelming or seemed bland. 10/10 recommend LOVED IT!!!!!! (They even supplied zip-ties lol)

Family vacation 2025

The rooms and views are beautiful and the house accommodates 26 with ease. Quiet area on west end of beach But Property was chosen specifically for the elevator. The elevator was not working and we were without it for 3 days. We were Informed it was out of service arrival day but given no other option but to wait on service. We had not paid to heat the pool, but on our second day, asked to add the heat to our stay. The third day we were told the pool heating cost would be free due to issues with the elevator. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working and our text and calls ignored, so it was fixed on Thursday - our fourth day. There are three sets of double doors on the first floor and we reported immediately on arrival that they would not stay shut, blowing open with the wind gusts. Maintenance came the second day and could not fix them and told us to keep them shut and locked at all times. This was unexceptable as this is the only access to the pool and beach walkway. We kept 2 sets locked,used 1 and dealt with the issue all week. A bed frame was broken, ceiling light dropped out of it’s casing, kitchen faucet incorrectly installed, outlets not working, stove burner needed fixed and grill didn’t work (mgmt co had us accept 8am delivery) and we had to take trash to curb and back. parking for 4 vehicles under house - you can stack 8 in the driveway.

This is a brand-new custom home, and while we aim for perfection, early stays can sometimes reveal a few kinks. Our team is available day and night to respond to requests. We want future guests to know that we take all feedback seriously and strive to resolve issues quickly—usually the same day or by the next morning. For more complex items, timing depends on specialty parts and technician availability. To help prevent issues, a team member now meets guests upon arrival for a walkthrough—including elevator use and securing the custom storm doors. Since implementing this step, no further issues have been reported. Regarding your stay: Elevator: We were upfront about the service issue and had repairs scheduled and completed as soon as possible. Pool heat: We regret the delay in your pool heat activation and communicated updates directly with you until it was functioning. Maintenance: Every issue reported—door hardware, grill, stove, faucet, lighting—was met with prompt action and follow-up. Trash and parking: The home includes trash service with assistance in placing bins for pickup. There is parking for four under the home, with stacked parking in the drive. We truly value all feedback, and it’s always our goal to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The owners were responsive to any questions. The house is well laid out and very well built. The house was large enough for three families to comfortably live in for five nights. I would return in the future.
