AIR CONDITIONING DETAILS: Colorado summers are typically mild and perfect for outdoor adventures! For those warmer days, our home features a built-in evaporative cooler ("swamp cooler") in the main living area to keep things comfortable. Plus, every room is equipped with fans and windows to let in the cool mountain breeze and fresh air.

The second floor offers a bright and spacious living area with seating for a large party. The dining area includes a large table and bar seating, perfect for gathering over meals. Aside from the 2nd and 3rd floors, you will have access to the common laundry room on the 1st floor at the base of the stairwell.

You unit has its own separate entrance with a 4-digit code unique just for your stay!

During the winter months, we advise all-wheel or 4-wheel drive due to the gravel driveway.
