Nestled on the scenic rolling hills of Horseshoe Valley, this brand-new, ski-in/ski-out one-bedroom condo is the perfect retreat for adventure seekers and relaxation lovers alike. Whether youâre hitting the slopes, exploring hiking trails, or unwinding in the jacuzzi, this property offers the ultimate blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

âą Relax in a spacious bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed to ensure a restful nightâs sleep.
âą A cozy pull-out sofa in the living room accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably.

âą Fully stocked, open-concept kitchen with a central island and a charming breakfast nook.
âą Modern appliances: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more.
âą Essentials provided: spices, coffee, sugar, oils, utensils, and silverware to prepare delicious meals.

Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including the bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. Shared amenities include the pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, firepit, and more. Please note that the washer and dryer are located outside the suite and are shared with other guests.
NOTE: Access to the common use amenities is managed by Highland Estate Condominium, and closures for maintenance are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding if any issues arise.
HOUSE RULES
-Please respect check-in 3:00pm and check-out 11:00am times. For early/late checkout requests please message us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.
- Please DO NOT share keylock combination # with unregistered guests
- Partying is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by other neighbors regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected up to a $500 surcharge and may be asked to leave without refund.
- NO unregistered guests allowed. Each additional unregistered guest/visitor entering the property (without the landlord's knowledge and written permission) will be an automatic additional fee of $80/ per person per day.
-Loss of the Access Key/Card will result in a $120 charge
- NO fireworks
- No smoking/vaping or any illegal substances allowed anywhere
- One well trained pet is allowed for an additional fee of $50
- Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially after 10 PM.
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm â 8:00am
- Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
- Be careful not to damage the furnishings
- Take care to close all the windows, turn all the lights off and lock the door securely behind you when you are not in
*Please be aware that any damage caused to the condo or furnishings will result in automatic additional charges to cover the cost of repairs.
*Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Violations of any of the above Rules may result in a penalty, fine, and/or termination of the booking without a refund at our sole discretion.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, however access to the common use amenities is managed by Highland Estate Condominium, and closures for maintenance are outside of our control.
