Yara del Mar is a 4 bedroom penthouse on 2 levels.
All beds have toppers on the mattresses, soft high quality sheets and a selection of pillows, as your comfort is our top priority!
Main living room & all bedrooms have AC units.

Floor 1

Master bedroom 1:
Very spacious bedroom with a glass door opening up to the balcony, a comfortable queen bed, armchair, dresser, smart TV, closet, ensuite modern bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in shower and WC.

Bedroom 2:
Very spacious with 2 full beds, smart TV, closet, ensuite modern bathroom with 1 sink, walk-in shower and WC.

Kitchen:
This fully equipped kitchen was designed and used for years by a foodie who loves to entertain! So you can expect to find all the pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery, and glasses you will need. There is a coffee maker, a blender, microwave, oven with 5 burner gas-cooktop, a refrigerator/freezer. As soon as you start cooking, we promise you’ll feel right at home!

Main living area:
Enjoy the open space concept, allowing you to create memories with your family & friends. The cozy bright space offers a dining table seating 6 people and a chic living room with high quality wooden furniture, opening up to a well furnished balcony with a view on both the ocean & the mountains.

There is also a washing machine and dryer behind a closed door at the entrance of the apartment.

Floor 2

On the second floor, you’ll find a beautiful terrasse with patio & dining furniture, a “Fresh-Water” whirlpool, 2 enclosed bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom:

Bedroom 3:
Spacious with 2 full beds, TV and a wall closet.

Bedroom 4:
1 full bed, TV and a wall closet.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

Kitchenette & BBQ:
Small outdoor kitchen with a mini oven, mini fridge and small sink. There is also a BBQ grill at your disposal.

Outdoor/Open living area:
Spacious sitting area with outdoor sofas, chairs and a dining table that seats 8 people. The terrasse is covered, so you won’t have to worry about rain or wind while you are sipping on your cocktails or relaxing in the “Fresh Water” whirlpool.

While you are vacationing at Yara del Mar, we want you to feel at home. In order to ensure a wonderful experience in this beautifully decorated penthouse and family friendly residence, we ask our guests to act with the maximum level of respect inside and outside the penthouse.

- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels down after 11:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Music and Entertainment: No live or loud music is permitted within the apartment to maintain tranquility for all residents and guests.
- BBQ Guidelines: Ensure the gas for the BBQ is turned off after use. Please clean the BBQ before leaving the premises to maintain cleanliness and readiness for the next use.
- Furniture Care: Coasters are provided and must be used for all drinks placed on tables to prevent damage to surfaces.
- Water Supply: A gallon of drinkable water is included for your convenience.
- Beach Supply: Ensure that any towel or beach accessory provided is returned to the penthouse.
- Utilities: Please help us conserve resources by being mindful of electricity and water usage during your stay.
- Cleaning Service: for stays of 7 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is included to ensure your comfort and maintain the apartment's cleanliness. Additional cleaning can be requested at extra cost.
