Great place to stay for our extended family. The kids had their own area in the lower level. The kitchen was very nice for preparing family meals. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the hummingbirds.
Amazing stay, each year we wish to get away and stay in the mountains for our family to see snow and get time to ski in the mountains. This home was located in a perfect location and was very spacious for our family. Rich was very accommodating.
The condo is in a terrific location very near to Main Street and the bus to Copper and Breckenridge. It's really comfortable and has a well outfitted kitchen. We had a lovely time.
Other than cleaning crew leaving sheets and towels in washer/dryer (not property or owners fault) it was a fantastic place to stay. Centrally located and 2 blocks from Main Street Frisco, CO. Super nice duplex with all amenities needed. Highly recommend staying here again,
Our three generation family enjoyed this home for our spring break ski vacation. The kids could play without disturbing anyone in the downstairs living space and there was plenty of living space for all. When we weren't skiing, we could walk the one block into Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed when the heat was soaring in the Front Range but it was fairly cool in this townhouse. Nicely furnished and lived in comfortable. Loved being a block or two to Vinny's and the Butterhorn.
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! Rich (the owner) was fantastic -- great communication, extremely accommodating and super friendly. The location is great -- minutes walk to downtown Frisco (and lots of great restaurants and shops), a few minute drive to multiple supermarkets and easy trip to Copper Mountain. The home is cozy, extremely well stocked and just about perfect for family and friends to enjoy a stay in the mountains. We will definitely stay here again the next time we ski Frisco!
Everything about the place and owner was exceptional. Great setup where kids can sleep/hang downstairs, adult hangout above and then sleep on the top floor. It was very clean with stocked kitchen (more than other places we've rented). Not that we had issues, but Owner was super responsive and added some very additional tips. Def would rent again
My family loved this home! We have been to Frisco many times, and this is our favorite place! The location is perfect! A very short walk to restaurants and shops. The home is very well stocked! We had everything we needed, and more. The children especially loved the down stairs bedroom and living area. Rich was great to work with! Very accommodating to our needs. We would love to stay in this home again!
First, as others have mentioned the location of this property is perfect! A quick 2-block walk and you are in downtown Frisco, with shops, restaurants etc. Was also super convenient to several ski resorts (we went to Breck, Keystone, and Vail - and this place was centrally located btw all 3). The house itself has plenty of room, was extremely clean, and is well stocked with supplies. We did not have to purchase any cleaning supplies, paper products, etc as we often do when we rent homes. Lots of cookware and spices too - which made eating in after a long day of skiing easy. Having a garage to park in was a plus too! Finally, the owner was very easy to work with and was responsive to questions. Easiest check-in/out I've ever had. Highly recommend this condo for skiing the many resorts nearby!!
Having vacationed in Frisco many years, this was our first stay in this townhome. Not traveling with kids, it's often difficult to find 2 BR/2Ba units for couples (no twin beds), so we opted for this 3BR/3Ba townhome. The location is primo - just two blocks from Main St. Having a garage was a major plus for us...we were able to park one vehicle and several bikes. The home is fully stocked with all things necessary for kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms are quite large so we never felt cramped. Although we didn't make much use of it, the downstairs has a bunkroom, separate full bath and great 2nd den area. And for our two week stay, having a utility room with full-sized washer/dryer was ideal. Another priority for us was a patio with gas grill - although we didn't make near enough use of it! Rich was extremely communicative and prompt with answers to any of our questions. We hope to be back!
We've stayed in this duplex several times, in summer and winter, and find it very pleasant. Plenty of room for a large party, and the location is perfect for walking into Frisco to eat out, and to catch the Summit Ski bus at the best location (before it gets too full).
The place was pretty big and nice. 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. The main area was very wide open and conducive to having easily 10 people hang out. You could probably park 4 cars if you wanted to - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. It's only 2 blocks away from the main street in frisco - we were a 5 minute walk from multiple restaurants, coffee places, and shops. The only glitch we had was that when we got there the place hadn't been cleaned yet due to a mixup with the cleaners. The situation was rectified the following day and the owner gave us a credit (he just gave it to us, we hadn't asked yet). All-in-all we really enjoyed the place.
This condo is the best one we have stayed in so far in Frisco. It was clean, up to date, and had many extras. Great location, walked to Main Street each night for dinner and sweet treats at the ice cream shop. The beds were very comfortable, the master has a steam shower that is amazing!! We plan to rent again next year!!
This house is in a fantastic location two blocks from the Main St. in Frisco, which has all the restaurants, shops and facilities you need for your stay. The layout works well for multi family groups, with upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, middle floor living and kitchen, deck and fireplace and the lower with bunks, bathroom and laundry. Thanks again for a great experience Rich. The owner is helpful and responsive to requests and needs. We would definitely appreciate staying here again.
Quiet house minutes from downtown Frisco on foot.
We were 2 families of 4.
Kids loved the bunk beds downstairs and could use the basement family room without waking the adults. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need.
We didn't bother with the shuttle bus to Breckenridge but it would be easily walkable from the house. Minutes to the freeway if you want to ski copper, Vail or Loveland.
Double garage didn't fit 2 SUVs without risking dents in doors but we were lucky with the weather so it didn't matter.
If we make it back to Frisco in the future this will be top of the list of places to stay.
We had a wonderful week in Frisco and this home met all our needs. Enjoyed being in walking distance to Main Street as well as short driving distances for fall leaf viewing which was beautiful. Place was clean, everything was provided that we needed. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you, Rich.
We had a great time after riding. hang out or walk to dinner in 2 minutes. clean, remodled and comfy beds, what else can you ask for. thanks rich,
Scott
We had a wonderful spring break. Accommodations were everything we expected and the location was great. Central to everything. We walked to main street. Would highly recommend to all.
