New Townhome in Crested Butte

Welcome to our Crested Butte getaway. This newly built townhome is minutes from town, the slopes, and all the hiking, biking, and fishing you could ask for. Built in the mountain modern style this home is sure to please with the clean lines, comfy beds, and even a ping pong table for the whole family to enjoy.Located less than 2 minutes from the town of Crested Butte, and under 10 minutes to the slopes makes this townhome the perfect place for enjoying the mountains by day and checking out town for dinner, drinks, and live music in the evening.

Step inside and kick off your hiking boots, skis, or bike & fishing gear, and get ready to relax. We like to use our garage/mud room as an extension of the home. There is plenty of room for all of your gear and even a boot dryer for those well used ski and wader boots. In the garage you can play a game of cornhole, ping pong, or play a game of cards all while catching the game on the big screen.

Inside on the first floor you will find the master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bath which gives it great separation from the upstairs living space. Upstairs you come into the great room with vaulted ceilings and views of Mt. Crested Butte through the floor to ceiling picture window that covers the kitchen in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large quartz countertops mean there is plenty of prep area for that perfect meal. There is a large sectional with big screen and comfy leather chairs to relax and read a good book or get ready for the day with that all important first cup of coffee. There is a small covered deck off the living area with a gas grill and seating so that you can enjoy our fantastic Colorado weather. Back inside at the other end of the home you will find two guest bedrooms that share a full bath in the hallway. One has a King bed and the other has two Twins. THE 3rd BEDROOM IMAGE HAS A QUEEN BED IT IS NOW TWO TWIN EXTRA LONG BEDS.

Ready to hit the slopes in the mornings? You are in luck since they are only a few miles away! In the Summer you can hike or bike right from the property up Brush Creek which has endless opportunities. Whatever the season, come see what's in store in CB!
