Great Stay

This Caper Beach Unit was beautiful, Kitchen stocked with everything for cooking, beach towels and beach chairs. The beach at Caper is beautiful and not crowded. Host was easy to communicate with and available if needed. Two King beds was a plus for us, and the lanai was wonderful. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful Condo

A gorgeous condo with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed every day of our week in 1103. The patio offers amazing views of the beach and the seagulls and pelicans flying by!We will be back!

Great stay on the beach!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Didn’t have more than a 45 min drive to any of the fields. Getting in and out was easy. Steve was very easy to contact for questions. Can’t ask for a better location ON the beach!

Perfection! Classy touches and a million dollar view!

We loved everything about this unit and the resort. The pool was fantastic plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the beach was white soft sand and beautiful and well manicured daily, our condo had everything you could possibly want and then some. The furnishings were top notch. We can’t wait to come back. We traveled in July with my stepson and his wife from California for his 50th birthday. We didn’t even rent a car, just used Uber, Lyft, and the trolley. We had an absolutely fabulous week, and the views are simply stunning. The library across the street was an added bonus with tons of pictures, artifacts and art displays as well as community puzzles.

The condo was beautiful and very well kept. The communication prior to the trip was very good. The entire property is very clean and the view is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this unit and this property.

Fort Myers Fun

Capers Beach Club was very nice. It was clean. looked exactly as the pics, and kitchen was well-appointed. Lanai was very comfortable and pleasant. The Island Tram stops directly in front of the building, so was very easy to access restaurants downtown. Parking was convenient. . I had to email property owner a couple of times, and he responded immediately. We love this condo and hope to return

This is a beautiful condo unit and very well stocked with everything you would need. Very clean and comfortable. The view and beach area is also very nice. The host keeps you informed and is easy to get a hold of if you need to. We would highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo

We had a great week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo is very nicely decorated and appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lanai each morning and evening. We will definitely be back.

Family Christmas at the Beach !!

We had an amazing time at the Caper Beach Club . This condo was gorgeous !!! In addition to incredible views , it was well stocked with everything you need !! We enjoyed Beach time and pool time. The location is walkable to many bars and restaurants- really a dram come true !

Amazing!

My husband and I snuck away for a quick holiday. We had trouble finding a place that met our wishes and both the pictures and reviews matched. This is an amazing place in a great location with wonderful host!

Condo 1103 is very pretty condo. We enjoyed our time. Only complaint was the keys did not work well in the front door and the towels had some stains on them.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Fort Myers Beach. This condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything that you would ever need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed long days on the beach and evenings in Times Square. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Better than expected

Condo was better than expected with many bonuses that were great. Beautiful property as well. The only negative was the use of keys for everything. This needs updated to codes or bracelets. Other than that it is a 5 star rating from us. Hope to stay here again on future trips!

Great Beach Front Vacation Home

Came down for a week with my mom. Just the two of us but the place was great and could easily accommodate two couples or a full family of 4. Very nicely updated condo with great views of the water. Not to mention it had the best patio furniture of almost any condo we’ve stayed at. Steve did a great job of keeping in contact and there was more than enough things stocked in the kitchen (pots pans trash bags) and bathrooms (towels and toilet paper). Fort Myers quickly became one of my moms favorite vacation spots. (Already was on of mine). We will be back!
