The Space:

The salty breeze rolls in as you step off the boardwalk, and the soft glow of sunrise paints the white sand just across the street. Inside, a screened porch invites you to linger while the living space fills with sunlight, the hum of the air‑conditioner keeping the interior cool after a day on the beach. You’ll hear the gentle clink of glasses on the outdoor dining table as the sun dips, and the crackle of the fire pit invites stories late into the night. This home feels like a seaside retreat built for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.

The open‑plan main level blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen under a bright, airy roof. Large windows frame views of the palm‑lined yard, and sliding doors open to an outdoor patio where you can dine al fresco under string lights. A fully equipped kitchen sits ready for you to prepare fresh meals, and a free washer/dryer makes longer stays effortless.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find comfortable outdoor furniture, a grill for barbecues, and a fire pit that glows after sunset. A small putting green offers a fun activity for all ages, while the boardwalk across the street leads directly to the beach for easy sand‑to‑door access.



Neighborhood & activities

Port St. Joe’s soft white sand and gentle Gulf waters are just a two‑minute walk away, perfect for sunrise walks, shell collecting, or a relaxing swim. The charming downtown area, with its local cafés, boutique shops, and fishing charters, lies a short drive from the house, giving you the best of both quiet retreat and coastal town charm.

The Neighborhood:

Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape from it all. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
