Nestled in an established neighborhood, Tranquil Manor offers an escape while still being close to the city`s attractions. The living area is a cozy space to relax and unwind. Our unit offers 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a sofa bed, and a full bath. Simple decorations complement the tranquil ambiance, creating the perfect spot to read a book or catch up on your favorite shows. Kick back on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the natural light that fills the room.

Step outside to our private outdoor patio and breathe in the fresh Jacksonville air. This oasis is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. With comfortable seating and a view of the greenbelt, it`s an ideal spot to soak up the Florida sunshine.

Jacksonville, FL is rich in history and a diverse culture. You are centrally located near its well-known museums, art galleries, and lively music scene. The city has beautiful beaches, including Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach. These sandy shores are popular for water activities, sunbathing, and enjoying the ocean breeze.

Plan a day trip to St. Johns River which provides opportunities for boating, fishing, and waterfront activities.

This 2 bed 1 bath unit is one of the 4 units of a quadplex with separate entries. Guests have the entire space to themselves.

There is a nearby train that travels a few times a day and may be heard from the unit. The neighborhood is bustling with life, surrounded by other complexes and filled with neighbors and pedestrians strolling around. You`ll experience the authentic energy of our community during your stay.

We offer a pet-friendly environment. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

The televisions are operated with Roku; kindly log in with your personal account details.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Please note, the stove has a minor crack, but it is fully functional and works perfectly.
No Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted within the premises and will result in a fine up to $1000. A party/event is in effect when the guest count exceeds the maximum allowable for the party or the number of guests booked.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Smoking inside the property will result in a fine of $250.

We offer a pet-friendly environment. Pets must be approved prior to reservations. Please reach out if you plan to travel with your pet(s). The fee is $100 a pet per stay and $50 for an additional pet for a maximum of (3) pets. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Responsibly Flush: Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else (This includes baby wipes and “flushable” baby wipes). Any plumbing clogs will result in a repair fee of up to $500.

Additional guests: Additional guests are not permitted. If more than 6 guests stay overnight, there will be a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Late Checkout: Unless explicitly agreed upon prior, late checkout is not permitted. For every 30 minutes late, you will be fined $50.
