Retiro by Tiyana Cusco is a quiet and spacious apartment where you can relax and feel at home, without sacrificing the convenience of a centrally located accommodation. Retiro is well-lit, but doesn't have a view. To admire the city from above, we offer the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor!

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor are shared spaces available to guests.
- Apartment Retiro 303 is located on the third floor (no elevator). It offers a private and comfortable space, divided into a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The apartment has no view, but upstairs you can access the shared panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the city of Cusco and the surrounding mountains.
- The living room, illuminated by a glass-block ribbon window, features a sofa and armchair, a smart TV for accessing your favorite apps, and a small desk for working on your computer. There's also an electric heater to combat the winter chill!
- You'll also find a full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals at home, and furnished with a table for three. There's no oven, but you'll find a microwave, kettle, and drip coffee maker.
- The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses, winter duvets, and spacious closets. Both bedrooms have a window with no view. The double bedroom (135 x 190 cm bed) is located at the back of the apartment, while the single bedroom is on the opposite side.
- The full bathroom has a sizable shower. We provide cotton towels for all guests.

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.
2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.
3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!
