APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor are shared spaces available to guests.

- Apartment Ruinas 202 (1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a living room) is decorated with natural colors and objects related to Inca culture. It is located on the second floor (just above ground level), without an elevator.

- Separated from the kitchen by a bar table, you'll find a cozy living room equipped with a 43" smart TV and a desk with a chair for those who need to balance work and pleasure! Please note that the Wi-Fi is more than sufficient for video calls and general remote working.

- The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped: you can cook your meals just like at home! We have a stove, microwave, pans, pots, and other useful appliances (no traditional oven)!

- The bedrooms have premium mattresses for maximum comfort. The master bedroom (135 x 190 cm bed) has a spacious closet, while the single bedroom has a chest of drawers.

- The bathroom has a large glass-walled shower with 24/7 hot water (gas). We provide cotton towels.

EXTRA INFORMATION

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!
