COLA'S The Forest Den

The Den is a relaxation space located within 10 minutes of USC, Downtown Main St, Five Points, the Vista, Koger Center, Township Auditorium, The Riverwalk Park, and various spots around town! The easy, off-street parking leads to a private garden entrance, and a porch fit for conversation. Relax with a book in the papasan chair, cuddle up to a movie with surround sound, or play a game of pool! Rest, recharge and reorganize your inner self in this private relaxation space.

Parking: Please feel free to park in the front driveway. If you park facing forwards to the house, you will be able to back up and see traffic.

Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the property at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $100 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking OUTSIDE on the patio, but please be sure to clean up after yourself.

Pool Table Rules
No drinks or food of any kind on the pool table.
No jumping billiards on this table.
No smoking inside of any kind.
No sitting or standing on the pool table.
Please, adults 18 years or older only.

Any items that need to be replaced/repaired as a result of damage or theft will be forwarded onto you.
By using this pool table, you understand the rules and responsibilities listed above.

Please be mindful of the noise and limit any loud noise inside/outside after 9:00 pm. This is a triplex unit.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Early check-in and late check-out MUST be requested as early as possible! Please understand that this allows us to adjust our schedules in a timely manner (Late check out paired with another guest’s early check in will be problematic). Any late check outs extending past 11:00 am without consent will result in a one-time $50 fee.

Please, no unregistered guests, visitors, events, or parties without permission of the hosts beforehand. Only guests listed on the reservation are authorized to spend the night. Unregistered guests will result in an extra persons fee and may result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation with no refund. A minimum charge of $1000 Per day will be charged for unauthorized parties/events

Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable and timely manner. We understand that things happen. However, failure to report damages may result in said damages and/or breakages being reported and the cost being forwarded to you.

Please, do not turn music volume up all the way.
If you blow the speakers, you buy the speakers.

Please, do not leave air conditioner running while windows and doors are open. This can cause the system to freeze up, and there is a $500.00 service charge.

Items Left Behind/Returns

We are not responsible for any items left behind. IF YOU LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE BEHIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP. We do not permit entry into the space after check out time (11 am) on the day of Check Out. If any items are left behind, we can not guarantee that we will be able to return it to you. However, if any items are found we must charge a $35 handling fee plus postage and any other fees required to return items to you. Thank you.

Outside premises is under surveillance for liability purposes.
