Elegant 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is located one block from the scenic intracoastal waterway.
My goal is to make your stay a five star experience. The house is newly renovated with stylish decor, all new high-end furniture, luxury bed linen and toiletries. We provide Internet & 55" 4K TV.
The house is centrally located: groceries and restaurants are walking distance, Lake Worth Beach is 2 miles away, 1 miles to downtown Lake Worth, 3 miles to downtown West Palm and Clematis street.
Living room holds a big seating area. Another seating area with outdoor furniture is on the back yard. The back patio is nicely landscaped and fenced to provide complete privacy while you lounge under mature palm trees.
Split floor plan of the house, with huge master suite (quernsize bed), and second double bedroom (queen bed), gives maximum privacy.
High end bed linen and brilliant write bath towels are a must!!
The bathroom is a generous size and finished with natural stone.
There is a full kitchen equipped with all necessities to cook meals at home. We provide stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, full sized fridge. We also provide, dishes, bowls, glasses, serving platters, mugs, wine glasses a set of pots and pans and utensils.
For guests traveling with small children we have crib, baby mattress and a potty upon request. Also house equipped with outlets covers.
Guests have unlimited access to high speed wifi internet and 55" 4K TV with free Netflix access, Apple tv, Amazon prime and Hulu access to your account.
We provide beach towels, iron and hair dryer.
If you bring a car there is unlimited street parking near the house.
