condo marche Belle deux étages distance de sable de poudre blanche Eagle Beach. Il dispose de trois chambres et trois salles de bains. Le premier étage dispose d'une cuisine extérieure avec une salle à manger pour huit personnes. A l'intérieur il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger, salon, salle de bain complète et salle de lavage. Il y a un porche couvert juste à côté de la salle de séjour. Au deuxième étage, vous trouverez deux chambres d'hôtes avec lits queen size et une salle de bain complète et une suite parentale avec balcon donnant sur une piscine et d'un lit king size, un dressing et une salle de bains.
Ceci est une gated, complexe boutique en copropriété avec seulement 34 unités. Il y a une piscine communautaire avec une maison gazebo, fête pour les enfants et une salle de fitness. Le condo est situé à 5 minutes à pied de plage de sable blanc d'Eagle. Il y a quelques restaurants à distance de marche. Downtown Oranjestad est à environ 10 minutes en voiture. Palm Beach avec les casinos et la vie nocturne est à environ 5 minutes en voiture. Le complexe est très proche de Super Foods, une épicerie majeure sur l'île. Le condo est loin de la frénésie de la vie quotidienne, mais assez près des attractions. Il est dans un quartier familial.

We love the location of this unit, it's about a block from Eagle beach in a less busy area. We love that it is a townhouse for easy in/out, and that the patio opens to the tropical palm trees and pool area of Jardines Del Mar. The unit is around the side through a very short but flowering path which made it feel very private, and inside it is very clean, modern and well appointed. We were able to cook meals easily on the stove and the appliances and washer/dryer make it more convenient than a hotel. The laundry room has a number of beach floats, toys and towels and lots of chairs were on the front porch along with a grill and table, we used a lot of it and made it wonderful at the beach!. The back patio couches and chairs were so nice to relax in during down time. The bedrooms are all spacious and convenient for unpacking. I'm admittedly spoiled at home with two showerheads and great water pressure so when I go on vacation I often am dismayed when the showers feel like a trickle and don't get very warm,but these showers had solid water pressure and got plenty warm. The mattresses were just ok but firm with a small bit of cushion on top of two, but one of the rooms mattress was not comfortable with no cushion/padding, overall the bedding was functional and clean, and at home my bed is soft and cozy so I'm a little spoiled, I need a little bit more cushion or my hips get really sore. Overall it's perfect for us, and we really enjoyed staying there! It's a top spot in Aruba!!

The townhouse was clean and spacious and was everything I had expected based on the pictures. It was less than a five minute walk from Eagle beach (best beach in Aruba) and short taxi rides from downtown or the high rise hotels. I would definitely recommend Greg and Aga’s place.

Jardines del Mar condo

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo Jardines Del Mar! We were able to walk to Eagle beach every day . We enjoyed many outings exploring the island, as the taxi service was top notch! As well, we did an ABC jeep tour which picked us up at Jardines Del Mar. This was my second stay here, and it was excellent!

Amazing Property!!!

A great place and gated community two blocks from Eagle Beach. The place was thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Greg and Aga were very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. It is evident that they really care for their home. The property is perfect, quiet, relaxing, and very close to the beach.

The Perfect Aruba Condo

Spacious and clean. Three beautiful bedrooms and three full baths made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry room with beach chairs, towels, etc. The comfy outdoor seating looks out onto a green space and the well maintained pool. We would definitely stay again. The owner was very quick to return texts to answer any questions. Very close to Eagle Beach and the walking path.

The pictures don’t do it justice, this property is amazing! Parking can be difficult when the neighboring space is occupied and the hot water can be tricky but otherwise the place was perfect!

Memorable family vacation en Jardines del Mar

My family and I had a wonderful time at Jardines Del Mar. It was a cozy and clean condo in a gated community, access to a pool and stocked with amenities to make you feel at home. Walking distance to Eagle Beach and near the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach if you’re interested. Aga and Greg were very responsive and provided helpful travel tips, including car rental company recommendation. Wish we can go back.

Walk to Eagle Beach

The condo was very comfortable. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with most anything you would need to prepare a meal. Beach towels, and beach equipment were also provided. The location was ideal. Just a 10 minute walk to Eagle beach, and several restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a comfortable, safe, and walkable location this is it. There is a new condo building under construction across the street from the condo. but it wasn’t too much noise and didn’t interfere at all with our stay.

Comfortable house in great location!

This 3 bedroom condo is perfect for a group or family. We travelled with 6 adults and it suited us perfectly. 5 minute walk to beautiful Eagle Beach. The house is well appointed with everything you will need to cook any meals. The outdoor area was where we spent all our time (except when the bugs were biting (bring/buy bug spray if you tend to get bit). There are beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for your use so this made it so easy to plan a beach day or just a day out (we rented a car for our whole stay - which I would recommend as many things would require driving - large grocery store, more restaurants and to explore the beautiful island). We would stay again if we returned to Aruba.

Exceptional Condo - Beautiful Island

This condo is just beautiful; spacious, clean, and well-equipped in every regard. The condo complex was meticulously cared for and quiet. The owners were tremendously responsive to all of our questions before and during our trip. The location of the condo is perfect. It is a very short walk to beautiful (and less crowded) Eagle Beach (as stated in the description). There are restaurants and markets nearby. We found the location was a great step-off point to explore the island in any direction. The owners recommended we rent a car (which we did not use to get to the beach or nearby restaurants) but loved having it available to explore many beautiful parts of the island. Thanks for that recommendation! Parking was never an issue anywhere on the island. We loved our first trip to Aruba and would highly recommend this condo.

Great location for Aruba Vacation

Greg and Aga’s place was the perfect location for our family vacation in Aruba. It was in a a safe and quiet area near Eagle Beach. Only about a 5 minute or so walk, which was very convenient. The condo was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. It was also nicely stocked with all the basics and then some (spices, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper ect). They also had beach chairs, snorkel equipment ect for use. There is also a pool at the condo and a parking spot if you rent a vehicle to explore the island. Communication was super easy and the instructions to receive the keys were very clear. Aga responded very quickly to any of my questions and even had a tea kettle delivered to the condo for our stay. We enjoyed our time in Aruba and hope to return in the near future and would definitely stay at Grey & Aga’s place again. Thank you 😊

Secluded spot at great condo near the beach

We stayed here in late January--family of four, including 5-year-old twins. The place is located in a quiet, gated community with a pool and very nice garden area that our girls loved to run around in. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk, though we chose to drive so we didn't have to lug all of our stuff around. (We also found Eagle Beach a bit rough for our little ones, though it may have been the weather on that particular day. Baby Beach was perfect for them, though about a 45 min drive. Arashi and Surfside beaches were also good, and both are about a 15 min drive.) There's not much else that's walkable from the condo, though there's a nice little spa right across the street and a fancy restaurant nearby. The condo itself is very nice. It's clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped, especially with beach and pool stuff. There's a nice patio, and the whole complex is quiet and family friendly. Some of our favorite Aruba activities: Jolly Pirates sunset cruise, Donkey Sanctuary, Seaworld Explorer semi-submarine. Aga was great to deal with. She was very responsive, and just wanted us to have a nice time. She recommended that we rent our car from More4Less, which turned out to be about half the price of Hertz. The car was a bit older, but it got us everywhere we needed to go, and the employees were very friendly. Overall, great place. We'd stay here again!

Amazing place! We’ll be back!

Excellent place with EVERYTHING we needed for a great getaway to paradise. From beach chairs, towels, games, even snorkeling gear (although we brought our own). We loved the covered patio and gorgeous pool area and our 1yo daughter loved crawling around on the soft grass. Also our baby monitor reached the pool area which was a plus during nap time! Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for 6 adults comfortably. It felt like I was at home!! Walk to the beach was quick and easy. The communication from the hosts super speedy and they were super friendly. There were no issues with check in or checkout whatsoever. Can’t wait to go back!

Hidden Gem

Just returned from 5 nights at this condo. Had a few hiccups with getting into the condo. The check in instructions and even the instructions in the condo are not the most current steps to follow. Hopefully, property maintenance will fix the walk-in gate to make the process easier. Condo is centrally located off a side street abt a tenth of a mile from Eagle beach. Can easily walk to Palm Beach if you want exercise and shopping. Grocery store close by, but streets are not clearly marked. Keep in mind if you are coming from the US, print off directions before you leave home. Data for your cell phone is expensive because they are not on the same cell tower system we are in the US. If you dont want to be safe keep your phone in airplane mode and use wifi, to minimize being charged Beach wise, chairs, towels, and even toys are available for you at the condo. Beach bar is at the end of the street directly on Eagle beach. Everything very clean and well kept. There are residences within this condo complex, they are not all rentals, so this is not a party location. This is a relaxing and peaceful complex. Highly recommend....but selfishly don't want to.. so it will be available when we want to go again!

A Perfect Property

I love this property. We first visited in 2018, tried an all inclusive in 2019 (not fans) and quickly re-booked this condo for 2020. But COVID happened, so had to cancel. Lovely aspects about this property aside (I’ll get to that) - the care, professionalism, and the grace under pressure is what endears me so much to this listing and the property owners. We cancelled maybe 10 days out from our scheduled arrival in March of 2020, so had already paid in full. Aga reassured me that we can reschedule at no additional cost or penalty. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to have someone so understanding and flexible, especially learning about other not so great experiences of cancellations during that chaotic time. We postponed to 2021. But travel was still not possible. So here we are, March 2022 and FINALLY made it! Aga was responsive, kind, personable, understanding - everything you want when you are putting so much money and hope into securing a holiday. The property is perfect for us: I love to cook, and the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor kitchen saves us so much money and time because we don’t bother eating out at night (though restaurants in walking distance are very good). We love the outdoor living space on the other side looking out towards the pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely, everything is clean and well kept. The proximity to Eagle Beach allows a couple hours in the morning to enjoy the ocean, a 3 minute walk to come back for lunch, and then explore the island and then cook dinner. It is perfect for us and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Aga and Greg!

Exactly what we were looking for!

This property was perfect for our quick winter getaway. The complex was quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves. It’s a quick ride over to Eagle beach with its play grounds and beach bar was perfect for our family. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back!!

We are a family of four that fell in love with Aruba on our first visit in 2009. We have kept going back every year at least once a year and recently decided to make Aruba our home away from home. We love the beach and Aruba offers year round sun.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have fallen in love with Eagle Beach. It's wide and quiet with beautiful white sand and you can easily find a palapa on the beach any time of the day. The condo is nice and quiet and very family oriented. You can walk out to the pool area from the covered porch. It works perfectly for our kids.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There is an outdoor kitchen for those of you who enjoy grilling with a dining table. The covered porch in the back is great for a late night cocktail. There is a wide, grassy area for the kids to run around and play. Close proximity to Eagle Beach.
