Ocean front 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor condo with large wrap round patio, private plunge pool and outdoor kitchen. A wall of glass opens to a private oasis featuring a private plunge pool, lounge chairs, comfortable seating, BBQ and dining areas. Primary suite with king bed, and ensuite bath with double vanity, large walk in shower, and private water closet. 2 guest bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms, and a dedicated office/ work space.

Please note that the location on the map is incorrect. This is in the Oceania Residences complex on Eagle Beach, next to the new Iberostar hotel.
Eagle Beach voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Walking distance to restaurants, casinos, beach bars, and water sports.

This is a gated community. Our representative will meet you at the guard station and show you to the condo. The gates to the beach are set with coded locks and you will be issued the code at check in for easy access.

A wall of glass opens to a private oasis featuring a private plunge pool, lounge chairs, comfortable seating, BBQ and dining areas. Primary suite with king bed, and ensuite bath with double vanity, large walk in shower, and private water closet. 2 guest bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms, and a dedicated office/ work space. Laundry room with extra refrigerator make this condo perfect for extended families, workcations, and entertaining.

Bus stop directly in front of Oceania. Taxis can be requested from the security desk.

Location is perfect - amazing to just walk a few steps down to the path to the pool, workout room, beach, etc. House is as shown. Slightly dated but had everything we needed. Loved having the large patio and plunge pool....

We go to Aruba every year and always stay at Oceania. This was our first time in this unit. We chose this unit for the size and extra space outdoors as we were traveling as a group of 9 with 4 in a different unit. While this unit was spacious, it did not work well for us. The kitchen was not well-stocked. We had to buy oil for cooking, plastic wrap, and dishwasher tabs (we were left 4 for the week). It did not have any cookie sheets, oven mitts or towels for drying dishes. We had to keep a bath towel in the kitchen. The grill worked well and there were plenty of tools so we used that a fair amount.On our initial tour of the unit, we were wowed by the outdoor space - until we went out there. There was a broken lounge chair and the wicker seating set was very worn, also with a hole in one of the chairs. We were told "just don't sit there". Why would you keep two broken chairs out there? There was also no umbrella "because of the wind" which is fine but there was an empty umbrella stand. Get rid of it and don't advertise it having one.We had a big TV in the living room that didn't work. Normally on vacation I wouldn't care but traveling with 5 teenagers that wanted to watch FIFA did not go over well. However, the owners were VERY responsive and actually brought in a brand new TV the next day so we appreciated that.We still had a great trip because we know the property and Aruba so well but I would not stay in this unit again. It was a one-and-done for me.

Hi Lisa Thank you for your feedback. I would like to respond and update. The outside furniture is replaced. As far as the umbrella stand. We were replacing the umbrella which broke just prior to your arrival, we were not replacing the stand which is why it was left in place. I am surprised to hear about your issues with supplies in the condo. We were in communication several times during your stay and there in person for the TV but no one mentioned or requested more supplies. We would have been happy to bring additional dishwasher tablets, and kitchen towels during one of our visits. As far as the plastic wrap and oil, that is not something we supply. Again thank you for your feedback I will address everything w my staff. Regards Judy

AMAZING CONDO!!!

Okay - so I never write a review but I was compelled to after staying here! This is an amazing condo in a wonderful location! Pictures don’t do it justice! The beach (Eagle beach) is the best on the island and it’s just steps away, with 3 huge pools, plus your own private pool! And Franklin was WONDERFUL! So kind and helpful! Showed us where to eat and shop! Best place we’ve ever stayed plus the check in process down to check out was so easy! Franklin was on top of his game! I can’t thank him and Judy Lwere Fantastic to work with! Definitely returning soon!!!!Sus wver

Spacious Condo, Private, and Quiet

You can watch sunsets from patio! Property is spacious and clean. The AC worked well. We were 7 people, 3-18 yr boys, 2 -21 year old women, and an adult couple. The boys loved the game room on the property and the women loved sunbathing on the deck. They all rode scooters around to explore. Generally this area is quieter than North ( big hotels) and South with more hotels/shops closer to the main city. The property is totally comfortable and quite nice although it shows a bit of wear and tear. if you are expecting a super high end experience, this is not that, but it's absolutely great for a larger party or family that wants to be together. We cooked a lot of meals, used the grill and had a great time. The condo is more quiet than at a hotel although the pool area filled up a lot during the day and it was hard to find seats. At Eagle beach you'd have to go really early to set up the beach chairs ( they provide) under shade. By 8:30/9am all the Palapas are spoken for. We had a perfectly good time going to the beach at 5pm when everyone was leaving and the outdoor patio is so big you can get plenty of sun there. The pool on the patio is a great benefit for a dunk when you get too hot. The only thing that was unpleasant was a slight smell of sewage which came and went when outside. Aruba has this problem in general so it's something you might experience anywhere. I am also very sensitive to smells but my husband didn't notice. Property Managers were fabulous!!

This property was perfect for our 3 generation family of 6. The proximity to the pools and the beach were wonderful. Beautiful grounds and nice quiet area. The plunge pool on the patio was great for the kids or for relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon check in, we were greeted by Franklin who assisted us with the logistics of the place. Franklin was super welcoming, friendly and informative! Upon walking in to the property, first impression was how clean and grand the place is! Super comfortable, the complex itself is incredibly safe being a gated community and central to everything you need: grocery store less than a 5 minute drive, pool, game room and beach just steps away and we truly enjoyed easy entertaining on the patio with the grill. The host was incredibly responsive and informative with the information needed to check in. It truly felt like home away from home! Thank you for having us, we would absolutely recommend this to anyone and definitely would be returning!!!
