Welcome to ClairiĂšre, our mountainside 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom retreat. This prime location boasts a cozy getaway for up to ten people, nestled along the mountainside and only steps to hiking/biking trails! Take advantage of being only minutes to the heart of the village, Scandinave Spa, and some of Tremblantâs best local restaurants. This suite offers incredible ski in/ski out access for skiers directly onto the Chalumeau ski trail and a path to walk to the village.
This charming suite invites you in with comfortable seating surrounding the wood burning fireplace in the living area. Large windows offer forest and mountain views and access to your private balcony and BBQ.
The expansive kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, and utensils, allowing everyone to gather on nights youâre not dining at one of Tremblant's delicious restaurants! All you need is your food and spices. You can enjoy your morning brews with the Nespresso and drip coffee maker, with some coffee samples supplied.
There are 4 bedrooms in this home, one upstairs and three in the basement. Bedroom #1, the primary, has a King size bed, closet, and full ensuite. Bedroom #2 in the basement has a single bed with an additional single trundle (pull out) bed. Bedroom #3 features two double beds and a cozy seating area. In bedroom #4, there is a queen size bed.
There is a bathroom on every level of this unit. On the top floor, there is the full ensuite bathroom off the primary bedroom. On the middle floor, there is a half bathroom by the entrance. In the basement, there is a second full bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3.
There is a level 1 EV charger socket available in the parking area. Please make sure you bring your own charger to make effective use of this socket.
In the Winter, you can enjoy the convenience of walking right to the slopes and enjoying activities such as snowshoeing and hiking, all accessible by foot/skis.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the police, or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renterâs damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
