This newly renovated home has four spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms and one living area located on the main level of the house. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows. It also includes an ensuite bathroom plus a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and closet. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the lower level. The third bedroom features a king-size bed and closet. The fourth bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed and closet space.

If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the pack n’ play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware!

-- BATHROOMS --
There are three FULL bathrooms. The first one is attached to the master bedroom. The second bathroom is located in the hallway between the kitchen and the main level bedrooms. The third bathroom is located on the lower level next to the living room. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
After hitting the trails or sightseeing, prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and an air fryer. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids' plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair.

Sip on morning coffee or tea on the back deck and take in the beautiful Northwest Arkansas sunrise. Complimentary coffee, k-cups and tea provided.

When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can head over to the beautiful wood dining table that seats six, plus bar seating. The open kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

There are two living spaces in the house. The main level living room is located next to the kitchen and is a great space for chatting while whipping up culinary delights. The second living room is located on the lower level. It is the perfect spot for lounging around with family and friends, or watching a movie on the Smart TV.

Our home is set up to spend plenty of time outside in the fresh air! The backyard features a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining table, and a gas fire pit!

Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. If smoking is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.

- NO Pets: This is NOT a pet friendly property. If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
